General manager gave us the wrong truck. Didn’t double check the paper work or do a walk thru before releasing the vehicle. Just gave me the keys. Not the usual quality service I have got from U-Haul and the dozen other times I’ve used them. Creating a big mess trying to fix this issue.

The staff at this U-Haul location are very pleasant and helpful. The truck I used was new and hybrid so we barely used any gas. The site has extras available to purchase if you realize you need something at the last minute.
