UScellular in Coos Bay is known for its excellent customer service, with staff members like Collin, Holly, and Lily receiving praise for their courtesy, knowledge, and helpfulness. Customers appreciate the friendly and pleasant associates who make the shopping and troubleshooting experience smooth. The store offers a wide range of packages at different price points, including prepaid and contract plans, with a selection that is more up-to-date than some other providers. However, some customers have experienced difficulties with product use, such as issues with parental controls on prepaid phones and problems with phone setup, which can be frustrating. One customer reported that a prepaid plan interfered with parental controls, leading to a frustrating experience and a recommendation to avoid prepaid phones for children until the issue is resolved. Service quality has been inconsistent, with some customers noting a decline in service in the Coos area and surrounding regions, affecting their overall experience. Overall, UScellular in Coos Bay is viewed positively for its customer service and plan options, though some concerns about service quality and product usability remain.

I bought a re-manufactured, unlocked phone online. I took it in to the Coos Bay location today and Holly got the sim chip installed with no problem. I expected it to be a grueling ordeal, but it wasn't anywhere near as horrendous as I expected. In fact, Holly had it done in a few minutes. Kudos, Holly!
