This store is routinely under stocked, understaffed, and frustrating. The quality of the produce has taken a backslide and the pharmacy is ridiculous. Shop local! Avoid this store if you can!

This is absolutely the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in, I would even go if I wasn't forced to by clients I work for. I was yelled at by a supervisor not to go thru the doors to the outside plant area, gess there was a problem out there but they could have put a note on the door instead of yelling at me. They have taken away all the benches in the store to sit for a minute, so if you are older and have mobility issues, to bad. Now they stopped carrying plus size clothing and when you live in a town there isn't much shopping in this is a problem. The back door to the tire center was locked during the day totally against the fire code, no way to get out. The worst part for me is the restroom in the back of the store has a sign that it's a handicap bathroom but no button to open the door from either side and no door stop to open the door for my disabled client. I have called the store manager and asked that a .97 cent door stop be added to the door he assured me he would and they sell the item at that store but hasn't been installed yet and has been over a year. Personal shoppers and stockers are very rude getting in the way of customers. Then you have to do self checkout and asked leaving the store for your receipt, sorry not gonna hand over my receipt to someone who has touched 1000 other people's receipts during a pandemic, sorry this makes them mad but that is the stupidest thing ever. I have nothing nice to say about this store or its employees. They need to clean house and have better training set up.

For the love of all that's holy; train your managers in customer service. I bought an 18 count of eggs and 4 of them were stuck to the carton as much as everything cost these days I took them back to where I purchased them, Walmart. When I told the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE the problem the two CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS had no idea what to do. So they called a manager over that looked like she got dressed in the dark, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP told the HEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP why I was there and she didn't even give me eye contact. She told one of the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to go get me 4 eggs from another carton and she did bring a carton and then the HEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOLD her to pluck 4 out. I don't know about these people but my time is worth something, a full carton or an apology or just acknowledgment. I got nothing. And the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER took the rest of the eggs to the back of the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK and probably threw the rest of the eggs away. NICE! This happened on 8/12/23 around 12pm j.s.y.k

I always go to self check out. If I have any questions they are right there. Bought a shop vacuum, thought it was $68, was surprised it rang up $17. I checked prices online before going and they were regular price. I advised the staff person closest to me and he said let me check. He said this store only has for $17, I said great just wanted to double check. Would not want to get caught "stealing from Walmart" LOL

I am tired of being treated like a criminal whenever I leave there. I had a super heavy overloaded cart that I had just paid for at a check stand, not self checkout. I could barely keep this thing moving and I had their little door Nazi step in front of my cart and hold his hand out until I would hand over my receipt...not ok. He didn't even look at the stuff in my cart just put a check mark on my receipt and moved out of the way. So then my scrawny ass had to give it everything I had to get my cart going again since he stopped me in front of their rugs. Next time I'm going to run him over or he can push my damn cart himself. Better yet have him do something useful like stock the empty shelves or run a check stand.

What choice do we have? Shop at Walmart or drive to Roseburg of Eugene? I seldom shopped on-line before but after moving here Amazon Prime is my best friend. I realize they are short staffed.... when merchandize comes in they just stack it in the isles and you can't get through.
