Worst Customer Service. This is my sixth time picking up a prescription and I must say the same couple of cashiers are just absolutely miserable. The pharmacist is very professional and helpful. I registered one complaint with the pharmacist regarding the atrocious customer service and she was receptive, but it doesn't look like she is able to reign in their obvious lack of care. It is a shame, though, if one is that miserable with their job, why not move on? You are not serving the public in a manner that benefits you or your customer.

My perscriptions have always been filled promptly. Staff had been friendly. It is possible to speak with a humam if you call, though sometimes it can be a wait. There is usually a line to pick up a prescription, but not as long as my previous pharmacy! I'm really grateful for the existence of this pharmacy in our community.

I’ve never had any problems with them getting my prescriptions to me in a timely manner, and considering that they are usually really busy, I feel they do a great job with serving our community.

I like the pharmacy employees for the most part but wow is it hard to get communication going with insurance and my doctor. I had an issue all day and had to get 2 places to contact the pharmacy and the problem persists.I'm really tired of it being 2023 and this pharmacy not having a way to figure out problems. It shouldn't take multiple calls and every call is a new person that has no idea what I'm talking about so I just keep getting nowhere.

I had to get a prescription transferred,there was all sorts of information that was incorrect that the previous pharmacy had never corrected but this one did. They had everything all ready, updated and they even did more than the Doctor who prescribed this medicine ever helped me with. I wish I could find a doctor who was as knowledgeable and helpful as the pharmacists here are. So much thanks!

I dont know what has happened to having good customer service in the world today. But i feel Walmart pharmacy could use some training on how to treat customers. Specially new ones to the area. They where unwilling to call another pharmacy to transfer my meds. That and I didn't know my insurance policy number, and they wouldn't help me with that either. I will never go back to a place that doesn't value there customers. Good help isn't hard to find. It's managers that don't train there employees right.

We used to have Coos Bay Oregon we're the Bi-mart, every Pharmacist knew everything about us! Treated us like family, even if they saw us in social settings, they even introduced us to there family!So we tried Walgreens but never actually talk to a real person, that took 2 weeks so changed over to Walmart, I the whole time 3 and half years. I'm a Dietetic, at least 3 time's about once a year, l go with out my Insulin, from 2-4 week's with out cause!!We are heard in like sleep, in and out, just insurance card is all we are!!So respectfully, changing over to Rite Aid next week, before it's time for the rest of our meds!!!

I called the pharmacy and got the ringer for a few seconds, then heard someone pick up and then immediately put me on hold. I was kept there for about 10 minutes without anyone picking up again. When someone calls a pharmacy, they're expecting to be helped about their current or possible prescriptions, and sometimes it can be very serious. I chose to hang up and call again, then the phone was answered in a normal timing, which indicates that they most likely just forgot about the call. I understand if it's really busy there, but the pharmacy isn't normally very busy this close to closing hour and the fact that my second call was picked up pretty quickly shows that it was probably not a super busy time. It may have been a coincidence that it happened this way but I should at least have been asked to hold for a short time before being put there. Instead, I received not a word.

I called cause i could not get online to order med`s and i did not have the rx number and my friend thru his bottles away and the lady was so rude to me and said she could not help me. yes she could of all she had to do is put in his name and birthdate and she could order them that way. they did it for me once before. this lady just did not want to take the time to help me. the whole store of workers suck with helping anyone. thank God i am moving and i wont have to go to this walmart ever again. now this site is making me give a star to post this. REALLY!!!
