Life is busy, time to exercise is hard to find. Their schedule of early mornings, noon and evenings is very helpful. The most friendly and supportive people and environment ever. Everything can be modified, which works great for all my aches and injuries! Thanks Kyla and Kate for introducing me to Momentum Fitness - by far one of the best decisions and commitments I've ever made for myself. I feel healthy, strong and proud of myself every time I complete a class!
