I had to get help with my new Google 8pro . I went into the Cornelius AT&T store. Both Lui and Caleb were very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend going to see them if you need a new phone!

Justin, at the McMinnville AT&T is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He helped us get our new phone set up, had to help my husband retrieve his passwords and reset passwords so that his new phone would accept the old phone information. He seems to know all about every phone he’s helped us with. What an asset to this company.

The store manager Maribel doesn't have great customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers. Turning your head and rolling your eyes is inappropriate. Not only did her associate not give us appropriate information regarding problems I am having with the phone, but she felt it appropriate to tell me "I'm giving you solutions, your just don't like it!". I said Maribel, if you are done helping me, I am happy to leave and take my business elsewhere. She said "I mean you can keep talking, but I don't know what else to do for you." I am calling AT&T and making a complaint. Had I had the correct information over a week, ago I would have gone to the Apple Store and stopped paying for my insurance that I can't use. TERRIBLE, guess we will be looking for a new carrier after 10 years with AT&T. Usually the team members at that store have been helpful and pleasant, but Maribel was anything but those things. So we went to another store and ended up speaking to another AT&T customer who had a similar experience at the Cornelius store and won't return there either. Clearly, AT&T needs to pay attention to the service level at this store!

I had an Interview with Anthony Store manger 2643 TV HWY. During the Interview He/Him literally told me it’s all about sales and screwing over the customer.They won’t help you with phone issues or do anything.They make money off you buying phones and highly possible something you won’t need or want.Remember that they don’t care about you they just want your money.Loyalty and building that good relationship with a customer means nothing to AT&T spearhead.I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
