I went into the store to purchase a phone for my elderly mother. Drea and Alexis went above and beyond to help me set everything up and provide helpful information. Drea found a promotion for a free screen protector and charger in the store and Alexis ported over all of my mother's information and even applied the screen protector for me. I was blown away by the high level of service and highly recommend them. They are true treasures!

I think Cricket is a great value and appreciate the fact that they have multiple retail locations near me. I visited this store because they had all the models I was considering to replace the Motorola G Power, which I dropped face down on a concrete floor earlier in the day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a table of snacks and bottled water. Dominque, my salesperson informed me they were reaching out to and thanking the community for their support of local businesses. We spent quite a bit of time comparing models and I eventually settled on a newer version of the same phone. Not only was it familiar and extremely easy to migrate ("Google, set up my device" brought over everything) it is improved in every way! The in-store process is very easy - just be sure you have your PIN with you. I have always been treated great at Cricket stores, and Dominque did not disappoint me at this great Cornelius location.

They are no help and very rude. refuse to provide number for district manager to make a formal complaint on the store manager Ashley Magee she is very unprofessional gave me an attitude the minute she walked out and was mad that I gave one back said she would call the cops on me for asking to speak with her district manager.
