BE WARNED! I wish I would’ve read the reviews of the terrible encounters with the older Asian lady with the sunglasses 🕶️. I left in tears!!
She’s unprofessional and just plain rude! I took my kid in to get his hair cut and we had to leave half way through because she was so bad. DO NOT LET HER CUT YOUR HAIR!!!!!

Edit: The GM was able to resolve the issue and fixed my hair cut. She was absolutely wonderful and knew what she was doing!! Go see Charley, she's great♡ Only raising my reading because she was able to fix an almost unfixable problem and was very professional and casual at the same time.
Ladies don't go to this location! This is the 2nd time I've gone and north ladies that cut my hair... to put it nicely screwed me over. The first time I asked for her to thin out my hair. Instead she cut some weird bowl cut on top of long hair!! But only in the back... Who does that!?
Second time, yesterday, I went in asking for layers to blend in the awful chop job the previous lady gave me. And what does she do!? Gives me a bowl cut all the way around at the same long as the previous cut. Didn't trim my hair to length to have it all blend in. This place is AWFUL.

So there is a woman there that thinks she can cut hair and you will know her by her sunglasses 🕶️ she screwed up my hair and my friends hair, as soon as I saw her I was like ohh damn, I sat down anyway hoping for the best and got the worst, she can't fade hair at all, I called her out on it & she said I would have to go to a professional salon lol 🤣 for that. Someone needs to check her license cause her work is not not valid.

Worst experience I have had at a salon, didn’t even get checked in before the lady at the counter wanted to be rude as hell lol Another lady working there tried to apologize to me for the other lady being rude. Do NOT go here lol I would give it 0/5 if I could.

They cut my 5 year old hair horrible. His hair line is crooked and one side is short then the other side on the front sides. Also cut the side burns and left hairs. Idk how they thought that was okay hair dresser was Asian

Nothing professional, very simple and poorly polished cuts!!!To be honest if you want a place that will give you a pretty unique and 100% detailed cut this is the wrong place, not to mention what they charge!!They gave me a haircut in 6 minutes. As if they were in a hurry, I told the lady I wanted her to touch something up and she said she doesn't have the necessary equipment and it was the only thing she could do.
