We were traveling from Seaside after Hood to Coast and got a screw in our van tire. Jose was kind enough to see us without an appointment and fixed us up in less than 15 minutes! Lifesaver to weary runners trying to get home 👍🏻 muchas gracias

They open at 12:00. Got there 12:15 with popped tires, they had me ready to go with new tires by 12:40. Within an hour drove there and left with everything I needed. Love this place, will come here again if I ever need anything!

We got stranded because our tire was flat, so we called this person for help. He said he would assist us, but in the end, he didn’t do anything. This left us in a really difficult situation.

We had a flat tire on May 8, 2025, while traveling from Seaside, Oregon, to Portland, Oregon. We got stuck at the Sunset Rest Area, and unfortunately, our phone wasn’t accessible at that time. Thankfully, a kind person let us use their phone, and we were able to call the nearest tire shop—which happened to be this store.
We paid to have our car towed to that shop. Before the towing, we called the store twice and explained our situation both times. However, when we arrived in front of their shop, they refused to let us drop off our car in their parking lot because they said they don’t handle any tire issues for Tesla vehicles.
Because of this, we lost valuable time and missed the opportunity to get help from another store. If you’re dealing with a tire problem, especially with a Tesla, don’t make the same mistake we did. This shop is not trustworthy, and even if you have a Tesla, avoid passing by this place.

Bought a set of 4 for my all-wheel drive SUV. Paid extra for 51,000 mile warranty, written right on my receipt. Front tire has a bubble in the sidewall. They refuse to fix it, said the warranty only covers nails in the treads. I now have to buy 4 new tires again, but it won't be from Jose's. Will never do business there again. Pay the price for Schwab or other reputable shop and get a real warranty.

Was looking for a local place over a typical Les Schwab, and this is the place. At first I had him order the cheapest tyres but decided I wanted better ones, and even after the first ones were delivered he let me simply exchange them for better ones and pay the difference. Dropped my car off and gave my key, rode my bike to eat while they worked on the car. They ensured my new EV didn’t need any special treatment before putting it on the lift by calling me. They placed cardboard inside the car to protect everything before putting in my old winter tyres into the car.
Communication is clear, straight forward and quick. Call in, tell them your tyre size, discuss your price range and then pick your tyres. Or bring your own tyres to have them replace with.
Pricing is 50x better than Les Schwab, you get name brand tyres for the same price Les Schwab sells their Walmart level (Cooper) tyres. Go to Jose’s Tires, do not go to Les Schwab.
