I spent days searching Portland, Wilsonville, Tigard, Beaverton and Hillsboro. Then I arrived at Lee Murphy's and purchased a wonderful Jeep Grand Cherokee at an exceptional price. I am more than satisfied. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We bought a car from this place two years ago. We just sold it as a “mechanical special” because it broke down after one year. The transmission went out on it. One month after we bought the car, the electrical system got messed up because they installed a battery that was too small for the car. They actually sold us a car that shut off while my fiancé was on a fairly busy road. Lee Murphy agreed to fix the car but would not let us return it. Months later the car broke down. S

Horrible place. We are filling small claims for a possible Title washing situation with Lee Murphy. We purchased a car two years ago. Clean title, they showed us clean car fax. We just sold the car to someone who can fix it. The purchaser looks into the history of the car, and it was deemed a total loss years ago. Not to mention the car broke down days after We bought it because they put the incorrect battery in. And the transmission broke a yeAr after the sale. Lee Murphy never agreed to take the car back, even after we told them we knew they did shotty repairs on the car. We will be taking them to small claims ASAP..

These guys were my heroes !!! Needed a car asap over Labor day weekend since mine had blown the engine a few days earlier. Was looking at suvs online, found several I was considering. Sales guy was extremely patient with me, absolutely not pushy in any way whatsoever. Ended up with an amazing little crossover that was well below KBB and could not be happier !!!!!!! These guys are a.nice small local place with xlnt cars in good condition for VERY fair prices. Highly recommended for anyone.

Great car buying experience, as always, run a car fax, check pricing and understand the used car you are buying. Shady. The dodge 2004 grand caravan has an oil leak that they said they would fix with their mechanic next door but I saw them driving it back on the lot after I had left. They said it was the oil pan gasket but be careful. If you're gonna buy used and happy with the prices and everything looks okay, take it to a repair shop of YOUR choice and pay for a $70-$100 pre purchase inspection.

Extremely Shady. Refused to provide car fax. The man that emailed me was also extremely rude. He gave me multiple excuses and tried to explain to me why I did not need a carfax. They did send me an "auto history" report - which showed nothing of the history.

They me into a car and it was a great buy, Until the first car wash the next day. They covered up the crack in the windshield with all sales and pricing stickers. It was obviously to the attention of someone since it was covered but my windshield crack the from top to bottom in my new car. I was supposed to hear back about my tags on my car and no one has reached back out to me yet. I've visited the store three times already and they always have a good excuse for why my problems aren't being solved. They also fixed the gps in my car before I bought but didn't have it sync and programmed from the Hyundai Dealership. I've have been livid with this car dealership for about three weeks now. This is not how you treat new customers that are new to the PNW area

I would never recommend going to this dealership. Stay as far away from here as possible! Not only did he over price the car I bought by $5,000 (according to the Kelly blue book), but he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I have only had the car for 3 months and for the 5th time it is in the shop being repaired. When I went back out to talk to him 3 days after purchasing the car, he said he would correct the problem only if we took it to his person that owed him money and would do the work for free. After we told him we would take it anywhere else, he began getting angry, belligerent, and yelling at us. Going as far as calling us names a couple of times. This was the WORST place and OWNER. Public beware of shady places such as this one!!!!!
