I went into the store because I was having issues with my husband's account. The young guy who was supposed to be helpful was rude, unhelpful and told me my issues weren't his problem. My issues are still not fixed and it's likely I will disconnect service completely with Metro due to bad customer service and being hung up on multiple times. Zero accountability and zero customer care.
