Been going here for years I’ve taken my mother in law sister in law here and had a very bad experience it’s sad… I’m never going back! The owner did my nails on Thursday and Sunday two of my nails chipped so I went in today because yesterday was Monday and I had to work all day.. so technically, it was only three days that this happened…so I go in today and they want to charge me for something I already paid for not even a week ago…it made me very upset never in my life or family members Will be going back and I will post this on my social media as well… customer service always comes first!

I have always loved this place I moved far away but when I do get a chance I always come back here very professional and very kind! They always do an amazing job with my nails & toes highly recommend coming here especially since they are also affordable and not overpriced, thank you

I initially started coming here because the service was so nice And the feeling was very comfortable and homie the last three times I’ve been, though I’ve noticed a decline in professionalism as the staff talk badly about management and also a decline in appearance for the paid services from having wax left on my face after having my eyebrows waxed to being poked by the clippers when they’re trimming around my cuticles and just the appearance of my nails, and the messiness that they’re OK with me walking out of the facility with also i’m a big fan of the color changing components and the nail polish and the technician the last two times have told me that she doesn’t like color changing and that she finds it ugly. I find it very much so offensive as I happen to really like it and I come to this particular salon because they have a good variety of colors to pick from for the mood change or color changing components. I gave two stars purely because the lady who sits right next to the desk always greets me. It’s very friendly when I come in and she makes me feel welcome. I however don’t feel so welcome otherwise I’m no longer offered even something to drink when I come in or bring other people with me and the last time we were there, they did my partners Pedicure and cut him pretty bad as I said initially it was a great place to go now I’m considering looking for another salon. I also forgot to mention that the lady forgot to do topcoat on two of my fingers and appeared to have a lot to say about my daughter I had with me because she was crying interesting factor I don’t speak the language, but I do know a little bit of a lot of different languages so besides picking up on the body language and the clear unhappiness of a staff member on multiple occasions I only need to hear a certain words to know what’s being spoken about (.) date of service 2/15/25

My Mom has been coming here for a while, and I just moved to the area and had been a few times. We usually have had good experiences but we have both been cut by the same nail tech now. She dremmeled my cuticles and cut under near my nails with a nail file. My fingers were painful for days and I had to go somewhere else to because they were uneven. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

I went to get my eyebrows done and they left them horribly. I told them to only clean them up and they left them skinny and horrible.

Misty was great. I came in a bit late around 5pm today so I knew I only had time for a pedicure. But she stayed late to do a manicure as well. I never felt rushed and she was nice and conversational. My nails were perfect! Very affordable prices here only $35 for shellac nails.

A literal scam. I went in for a full arm wax & was told it was $60 once we were in the room the lady waxing me told she would only wax half way up to my upper arm & if I wanted the rest of my arm waxed it would be $70. How ridiculous that she decided change the price once already in the room; she made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Never going back.

I love this salon. They are so friendly, talented and loving in their approach to their customers. I have been coming here for pedicures and manicures for a few years but stopped during the COVID situation and recently have been back several times since October of 2023. We always get treated professionally and are offered something to drink and during the Viet Ñam new year, was offered a few treats. We usually do the top service pedis and I get my nails done by Fong. She and her family and staff have done amazing things with this salon since they took it over. This is probably the first nail salon I have been to where I actually am comfortable enough to have conversations with my techs and the staff and they genuinely care. I have to say, I see the way some customers come in with totally rude attitudes toward the staff and watching them stay gracious and professional the way they do should make them saints. People are so rude these days and I don't get the hateful and condescending treatment to the people you came to in hopes of having you walk out Looking and feeling better than how you walked in. I highly recommend the salon and highly recommend that if you are a walk in that you exercise some patience and decorum. Quality takes time and if you are looking for a hasty quick experience this ain't the place. They treat each customer as a VIP and take their time to do things right. Personally, that's the kind of service I want and I'm okay waiting for 30mins to be seen and get that amazing service. Sorry for lousy photos. They don't do the quality of work the justice they deserve.

I went here on saturday may 7th and my experience with them was unpleasant , I asked for a full set of red french tip acrylic nails and was paired with an older lady nail artist, I showed her a reference photo and she assured me she’d be able to replicate it but once she got started it became clear that she could not, firstly I came in at about 5 pm and it took her until 7 almost 8 pm to complete the service, the nails were very poorly applied, they were very bumpy and uneven and looked nothing like the photo I showed her, the red french tip design was applied unevenly and the polish was chipped and cracked looking in multiple spots, the stylist also seemed visibly annoyed with how long the service was taking due to the fact that I had to ask her to fix them multiple times and in the end she charged us $110 dollars which is the most i’ve payed for a full set at this location, the most I had payed in the past had been $90 and that was for a set with gems and glitter, I would have asked her to take them off but it was after closing by the time she was done and all the other stylist had left so I felt bad keeping her longer, I ended up having to take them off myself at home, I called the next day hoping to get atleast a partial refund and was only offered a small 30% discount on my “next visit” though I unfortunately don’t plan on returning.

Sorry, I tried twice for a full set of nails. I got the older nail lady and she convinced me to do shellac. My nails are so uneven and crooked. Very thick and cracked at the ends. The pink color does not even look natural. I was hoping for natural look. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teen, so I know how nails should look. I do like the way they do pedicures, but that's it.

My coworker recommended and I'm so glad to say their raving was spot on! We got full sets and I got a pedicure. They are so stunning! Everyone was so kind and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. 10/10 recommend!! Please make appointments y'all!
