I’ve used three other storage places before, and this one blows them away. Unlike the damp, buggy units at Public Storage and the overpriced, rude service at Extra Space, here the units stay truly clean and climate-controlled, pests are nonexistent, and Colleen O is genuinely helpful (not just fake-nice). U-Haul’s facility had broken gates half the time—this one never does. Best experience by far. 5 stars.

Very polite accommodating and helpful.
The on-site manager is the only reason I still store at E baseline . She goes above and beyond to help. Honestly the on-site management is what sold me to the place and is what keeps me there. Colleen is the best.

They list a main email address on the email you receive when you purchase a unit, but they absolutely do not respond or even check it. I work nightshift and its hard for me to contact them during the daily business hours, so I sent an important expecting them to do their jobs. Now Im charged for something I dont want because nobody bothers to check. Last time I EVER use this company.... Of course it could have been deliberate, maybe they just ignored my email SO they could charge. Will have to see what my credit card company thinks about this fraud setup
