Do not buy from this dealer they Give the worst financial company that charges high on interest, and I went to the shop and was told that they turned off the engine light quite a few times so that when I bought it, there was no engine light and right when I left the dealer after signing these papers It turned right back on.

Great service. Francisco was an excellent help. They have a mechanic there that checks the cars before putting them on the lot and good pricing as well. I thank them for helping me find and buy a Truck.

Called about a 2007 Toyota Tundra I saw on carfax for 14,995 on March 22nd. I spoke with Jose, and I offered 12k cash no deal. The funny thing is I was never told I needed to put a deposit down to hold the truck you see I live in Christmas valley almost 4.5 hours away from this car lot and I made that very clear.
Jose told me he would call me and let me know if someone was interested in the truck. So, I proceeded to fill out the loan application for 5k on Sunday. The following day, I contacted Jose and asked about the loan, and he said I needed to talk to the finance guy Sean, so I called him and left a voicemail. Several hours had passed, and I got a call from reliable credit. The finance company they had several questions for me from the underwriters.
To be clear, I didn't realize the finance guy Sean didn't work for reliable credit until later. The next couple of days went by, and I reached out to Jose and didn't really get an answer about the financing. The next day, I called reliable credit, and they told me I was approved for 5k+ and should hear back from the car lot within a half hour they never called me. I called Sean the next day, and he gave me the run around all while he was selling the truck to another person.
Keep in mind I was already approved, which means the finance company hard pulled my credit score, which in turn lowered it. I was going to drive there and buy the truck, I talked with Sean later on Tuesday, and that is when I found out the truck was sold. He proceeded to tell me I needed to put a deposit down to hold the truck..? I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want an honest deal. Does not sound like anyone is communicating with each other. Basically, it was a waste of my time and efforts to get a vehicle I clearly wanted to buy, and to top it all off now my credit score is lower because of it.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from this dealer!!! Vehicles look great on the outside however the must own stock in RTV because there was plenty used on my vehicle. Ask any parts store / corporate dealership in the area about this car dealer they will advise you to stay clear.

My mom bought a car from them and had issues the first day she took it home they offered to fix it even though my mom had bought their best “warranty” great! but with in a week or so the check engine light turned on again took it back again believing issues were going to get “fixed” this time. Nope light comes on again for the 3rd time. Not to mention the manager had accepted that he just had the mechanics turn off the check engine light. So what did we do obviously at that point we toke it to a dealership to get a better diagnosis. The car had so many issues that she had to pay 2,000 out of pocket the warranty we got through them “the best” as they said was not covering none of the issues the car had. We tried speaking to the owner and all we got was excuse after excuse by the manager. “Oh he is out of the office” “he is with a customer we will have him call you back” a month later & we have not heard from any one! Not worth it save your time & money and go somewhere else.

The vehicles we looked at had been repainted very cheaply. Prices seem kinda high and there's a language barrier that made communication difficult.

So it corresponds to me as a person... I do not recommend this place at all. It is a real shame the way we were treated and the way we were insulted by those who work at this establishment. People with whom you cannot reason, much less make a deal when purchasing a vehicle. . .. Avoid having a bad time ..

DO NOT EVER BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, I have had nothing but problems since I purchased my Ford Escape and now I find out that the short block is cracked and is allowing coolant into the engine. Now I'm looking at a 8000.00 bill to get it fixed. Oh yeah they told me to bring it back to there mechanic and I have been told I could have done a lot more damage if I had driven it that far and I wouldn't ever trust these guys again and over my dead body would I let their mechanic touch it again, they made it run perfect when we test drove it, but that didn't last long at all. And further more they could have chosen to work with me.

I found the truck i was looking for at pouya,at the price i was willing to pay. It had a few dings but ran good. The owner and his guys were greatEven when a week later it started acting up and the warranty co. Didn't want to pay for all the repair They stepped up and helped pay to get it fixed.A Big thanks to the whole crew at pouya.

After being assured everything worked, Bought a pickup sight unseen for work. Rusted, flaking chrome on the running boards, broken sunroof (I had to remove upholstery, headliner and rebuild). Sputter at highway speeds (I replaced the spark plugs and found one plug hole full of engine oil from a blown plug seal) Pouya had the driver seat cusion reupholstered but not the worn passenger seat. (they left the upholsterer's tag on the key chain...oops) Only had one key and the unlock button didn't work. Old body work flaking off on the passenger door...Long story short: sunroof kit, plugs, oil seal, Throttle reset and KAM reset, keys cut and reprogrammed, a bit of body work, cut and buff, and passenger seat cover $1200 and 5 hours of my life: gone.Remembering why I usually buy new work trucks: Priceless.
