“Best in class on site management providing superior service with a friendly attitude that can’t be beat. This facility has everything you want if you own an RV in the Portland metro area. Gated access (via code or app) from 6am to 9pm daily, 24 hr CCTV throughout the premises, wide driveways, outdoor, covered and fully enclosed units, dump station, water station, air compressor, wash area, anti-rodent control measures, and daily maintenance to keep the premises clean. Only a 25 minute drive from downtown Portland. A short drive away there is a McDonald’s (in North Plains) and a Starbucks off US26. Gas stations with #2 and biodiesel are also nearby. In short, a very nice home base for my motor home.”

Saoirse at NSA made the whole process simple—he explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and treated me with real compassion. To boot, on move-in day I had to upgrade to a larger unit, and Saoirse made the switch happen right away. I genuinely appreciated his help and how much emotional weight he took off my shoulders that day. Also—his name is pronounced “Seer-sha.” And the meaning, “freedom,” felt especially fitting given the chapter I’m entering.”
“Recently NW Storage sold to Public Storage and i am extremely disappointed! the new system sucks and is frustrating for both customers and the staff! however the five starts is for the gals in the office are amazing! got threw the process together! thanks ladies these stars are all good you! “Extraordinary customer service to set this up over the phone. Unit is clean, secure and temperature controlled; welcome pack with cylinder lock conveniently located in the unit when we arrived. On site rolly cart available in the hallway was a welcomed bonus. Gate ingress and egress works well. Brand new here, but am very impressed and will absolutely recommend to others.”

“A great place to store long term. Prices are getting crazy but what isn't now a days. I have had things stored since 2019 and never had but one issue and it was taken care of. I finally got my stuff out and its all good. Clean dry well kept place with mostly friendly staff.”
“Went to this U-Haul and was assisted by Malee(? Wish I would have gotten the spelling) he was very helpful in picking out an appropriate U-Haul for our move and assisted me with carrying out my boxes to my car since my hands were full with a two year old. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and he was very helpful”

When returning the truck to this location, the employees here were accommodating and flexible, even going so far as to waive a late fee that I had unknowingly incurred! Very grateful for their understanding. Moving is a busy time, and having kind and empathetic workers who know the stress families are under is refreshing.”
