Though they had had a full day of moving ahead of them and weren't able to get to our place until the end of their window, they showed up with tons of energy, ensured everything was taken care of safely and installed to our satisfaction. We had our 2 young kids to rangle but they were respectful and communicative the whole time, and friendly to the kids as well. “I had to move my things into storage during a really difficult life transition and showed up to NSA feeling completely drained. Saoirse at NSA made the whole process simple—he explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and treated me with real compassion. To boot, on move-in day I had to upgrade to a larger unit, and Saoirse made the switch happen right away. I genuinely appreciated his help and how much emotional weight he took off my shoulders that day. Also—his name is pronounced “Seer-sha.” And the meaning, “freedom,” felt especially fitting given the chapter I’m entering.”
“Best in class on site management providing superior service with a friendly attitude that can’t be beat. This facility has everything you want if you own an RV in the Portland metro area. Gated access (via code or app) from 6am to 9pm daily, 24 hr CCTV throughout the premises, wide driveways, outdoor, covered and fully enclosed units, dump station, water station, air compressor, wash area, anti-rodent control measures, and daily maintenance to keep the premises clean. Only a 25 minute drive from downtown Portland. A short drive away there is a McDonald’s (in North Plains) and a Starbucks off US26. Gas stations with #2 and biodiesel are also nearby. In short, a very nice home base for my motor home.”

“I use Northwest storage in Forest Grove for storing our business records. Today I went by to take some things and spoke to Theresa. She typically works in Banks, , but was helping out in Forest Grove. I found her so kind and helpful. She assisted me in getting into the storage, answered all my questions. It’s wonderful doing business with someone who is so supportive.”
“The process was smooth and seamless, as was obtaining supplies. The gentleman carried the wardrobe out to my car cheerfully, and told me how the process works. I wish everything was that easy!”

“Not one for leaving reviews but I feel the need to give others my opinion based on my experience so far.
Larry has always been top notch and in my opinion has gone above and beyond and understanding of my needs at the facility. after using another facility in forest grove for 5 years and always fighting bogus rent increases and shady management to move to a facility that feels like my business is more than another account number.
yes this place costs more. but its cleaner. the gate actually works. they have a top notch camera system that makes me feel better about all my vehicles being secured.
its rare in the storage industry to find a small company the remembers its roots and genuinely tries to serve its community. communication is key. I know they would rather work with you to keep your business than see you leave.”
