We were quoted $39.99 for the Set Up and Go service for a new iPhone which we were fine with. Then at the end of the transaction we were charged $10 for “unpaid remaining balance” when didn’t make sense since we own the device. I questioned it on two trips there and the owner or manager was going to send me the justification for that charge. We never received it. The sales person asked us several times whether we wanted to get accessories and we said no, but said she could a apply the $10 to an accessory.
The issue is the $10 was a surprise and a bogus charge. Not a lot of $ but felt it was deceptive practice.

I have had a very difficult time getting my new galaxy book 5g to activate via on line. The so called live assistance and bots were of no use. (actually worthless) I took my device in to this location as a last resort before boxing it up and sending it back. The young man named Sam was wonderful!! he had the issue figured out and my device activated and on line in less then 5 minutes. A big thank you to Sam for outstanding service.

Salesperson listened well and helped me pick out a great new phone that was right for me. He got me set up with a great trade-in discount, plus alerted me to two others I didn't know I was eligible for. He set up the new phone with no hassle. All was low drama and friendly. I walked out happy. I have been going here for 12 years and will continue coming. Thank you!!

They do not honor appointments, they are allergic to help Verizon customers and make excuses.

Worst and unfortunately largest Verizon franchise. Good luck finding a corporate Verizon store. This store has its employees stabbing each other in the backs and several were fired because they turned on each other. And instead of human resources finding out the truth, they just went with it and fired the good with the bad, and also took a review from someone with an agenda as proof that something happened that did not. Good luck to them keeping good employees.
And no I do not work for them and never have but I have heard from ex employees their antics and tactics. Very unprofessional

Paige was amazing in helping us figure out what options were open to us and actually saved us money not only on our phone bill but internet as well! We are very pleased with the service and attention that she provided.

Let me start by saying I have been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. If I could leave a negative for the Victra Cornelius retailer, I would. It took 9 store visits + 6 calls to Verizon customer service to purchase 2 phones with accessories and get the promos I was promised and correct my monthly business bill. I am very disappointed with the lack of follow through from this retailer. They were supposed to call when phone arrived. They didn't. I went back to get accessories and was asked if we received a call. No because they didn't call the previous time. I wouldn't recommend this retailer under any circumstances. On the other hand, the customer service line for Verizon business is top notch!

Paige was a wonderful person to help with setting up my new phone. Got everything in order that was needed, and she answered all of my questions. When she asked about my purse, Charlie said it would be perfect for a concealed carry bag for a pistol and hide the narcotics that he proceeds to do and has done in the past. It was a very uncomfortable situation when the topic of guns was mentioned, especially when the topic of drugs got brought up. Paige tried to deescalate and redirect the conversation, but Charlie continued to carry out this conversation about guns and drugs. He sat on the comfortable chairs and talked to his mom on speaker about the landlord taking his pistol away from him. Paige was a wonderful person and great at her job! I will keep going back ONLY because of her.

I was setting up a business account with Ashley and I re-iterated ~50 times what my bill was going to be. After she confirmed (I’m guessing they wanted commission) I left the store.I had to come back about 10 times to try and fix my account since they messed it up on their end. I had to speak with corporate 5 times to get it sorted.Go to the real Verizon store, not this whacky place. They don’t care about you, just the commission.

I went into the Cornelius branch to setup a plan for home WiFi. The customer service rep offered a 30 day free promotion, and left that day with one of there wireless boxes.1) I later found out that I had to return the box within 30 days of acquiring.2) I received an email that my bill was pass do on Nov 9th, though I received the box on October 18th.3) I was told by rep at Cornelius that they are unable to return my box, and that I would need to call 611.4) I Called C/S 1800 number, and was told that there are Direct Stores Indirect Sores, and Cooperate Stores. Indirect stores "Are 3rd party venders". Which made absolute no since. But a third party store could return the box if they chose to do so.5) I paid my bill on,the 15th of November, and told them to end my service. Though I had 2 days left. They shut my WiFi service off the same day.6) i Called back and spoke with Franz a c/s manager, and Pat a store support manager. As they kicked the can down the road. Neither the Hillsboro store (Cooperate), Nor the Cornelius store (Indirect store) would answer the phone for these two managers.7) They suggested I stop in at the Cornelius store I purchased the box, to see if they would return it (0.6 miles) or I could go to Hillsboro (14 miles). But they couldn't assure me either could help. Since they were unable to reach them.8) if I get the box back before the 17th of November. There is a chance I can get my $80 dollars back. The promotion offered on October 18th.9) the other option is to wait on a prepaid UPs stamp, that I could be sent to send the box back."Free of charge".Conclusion- this promotion isn't a 30 day trial period at all. The conversation that I have had with 2 store employees, Autumn/Roberto/ Mai/ Franz- cs manager, Mary, and Pat store support manager is quite confusing and under handed.Buyer be aware! I simply want to return a product to the very store I received the box.

Ashley was very patient helping me navigate the complexities of porting over a phone number from a totally dysfunctional landline company to cell service

I like this store. Only problem is that they are charging "setup and go fees". This service is offered as optional service in regular Verizon stores. This store is Victra verizon. I feel like i paid about $150 for 4 devices which i could have avoided in Tannesborne Verizon store. So if you know how to do data transfer from old to new phone you should avoid this store.
