“I was never involved as much in the care of our animals as my wife, but she chose wisely with this team. The staff here has done a great job in caring for our dogs and cats. We had a recent circumstance with our cat, and the love and professionalism displayed by the entire staff here impressed me a great deal. We arrived unannounced with an emergency, and once the receptionist understood what had happened she whisked our cat away to get her some pain medication before continuing to handle our situation. Within 20 minutes we had an action plan and consulted with Dr Vinton. We picked up our cat the next morning and she was in a much better place than when we had left her. This is our vet, hands down. I would like to give Dr Vinton and the entire staff here my greatest admiration for what they did for us, and not having to tell my daughter that her cat wouldn't be with us anymore.. Thank you all”

“Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and helpful! We had to take our dog in and she ended up having to get surgery due to an infection. The staff kept me updated throughout the day and ended up staying late to make sure they got her feeling better.”

“Companion in Hillsboro is one of the few (maybe only) walk-in clinics in the area which worked for me being in the area for family visiting. The staff was incredibly friendly from the person who answered the phone to the techs who helped me check out at the end. Dr. Crepeau who examined our pup was very friendly, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Although the diagnosis wasn’t great news, I felt so much better knowing that Winston received excellent care and we received medications at affordable prices. We could have ended up at any animal clinic, but we really lucked out walking into Companion. Winston is doing a lot better and we were also given information on what signs to look for if we need to bring him in again which was also reassuring to know.”

“There is no one we trust more with the care of our pets than Dr. Tsui and his team. His level of care, expertise, compassion and attention to detail is second to none. Our pets have been in his care since our first pet, over 30 years ago. From our first visit with a new puppy, to the incredibly hard sickness and eventual loss of our dogs, he was nothing short of amazing. “Every time we go here we end up getting stuck in a room and nobody checks in. We were on time for our appointment and after 35 minutes of waiting we decided to leave as this vet clinic does not take our time seriously.

For a clinic who is one of the most expensive we have been to, I would expect your operations to be a lot better than what they are.

UPDATE: We have gone back since and on our last visit they got to us very quickly and I could tell they meant business. We really appreciated how quickly everything went.”

“We brought our piglet Wayne in with a complication. The staff and Dr. Christina herself were very professional,courteous and communicative with a health plan in moving forward with care. Every person we dealt with within the practice were super nice and up front with pricing prior to moving forward.
In regards to past reviews, it is not up to anyone within any establishment to mange one's inability to self regulate their emotions. While direct communication may not always feel pleasant, one may consider checking themselves first before writing a Google review.
As for me, I plan on bringing not only my farm animals but my domestic animals too. The practice here has a good flow, it's clean and I can tell the staff enjoys the work they do.”

“We have only visited once so far but I am so happy with the clinic and Dr. Ranallo. My Phoebe is a little bit shy but Dr. Ranallo won her over in no time. I had an overall feeling that she loved seeing Phoebe and that she will care for her. “Decided to leave the vet factory that is B******d. Brought our boy in for allergies. Turned out it was his food. Skin spray & oral medicine (cytopoint didn't work for him). Amazing care & concern. And these treatments worked! My boy just loves Dr Beedle! A few months later we brought our girl in for an abnormal growth on her abdomen. Dr Rejba was companionate for my concern of cancer. A sample was sent out for testing. If you're concerned about pricing over treatment when it comes to taking care of your sick pet, then you don't deserve a pet! Any kind of healthcare & treatment cost! And it may be $30 more than the factory down the street, but to find staff as caring and attentive as this veterinary office, it's worth every penny! From front office to back, A-MAZ-ING!!”
