I've been a regular at this location for many years. A recent worker named Chris has refused to do his job multiple times. He always has a different excuse. It's become such a problem that I will no longer be spending my money at this store.

Clean, mostly well organized, and the night shift lady, Olivia, is an absolute sweetheart. There's a lady on days who is also wonderful, but I didn't get her name, sadly. Keep up the good work, friends!

02/25/2025 I went in to pick up my DoorDash order and I told the cashier named Barbara that that i was picking up a DoorDash order and she yelled “GIVE ME A MINUTE” as soon as i asked worst customer service ever I will not be coming back and im reporting this to DoorDash as well That was unacceptable unprofessional and unnecessary.

Today I am writing this review because I stopped in as usual to pick up a drink. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted to donate to children with cancer. I said no not today. I was using my ebt food stamps anyways so I couldn’t. She made a huge fuss about it in my opinion to guilt trip me into donating. However made me want to donate even less because she was very rude. Makes me not want to come back lol

Worst 711 I've ever been to staff are rude and could be considered abusive. I always leave there feeling disrespected and honestly the staff there has made me so uncomfortable I am moving so I no longer live near this store. These 711 employees have ruined a chapter in my life and I wish I had never met them.

The staff are usually friendly and the store always have a large variety of products available. Those products batteries, candy, slurpees, cold sodas, other cold drinks, hot pizza, hot taquitos, funko pops, and age restricted items (including cigarettes).

Customer service is always excellent. Although, I have gotten two products in the past week that have been past the expiration date. I know it is half my fault for not checking before purchasing but shelves should not be stocked with week old items.
