I would not use this shop. They replaced the windshield and it leaked all into my vehicle the first time it rained this fall. I scheduled an appointment, brought it back but got the run around from a rude and unprofessional gal who told me to come back again another time, some warranty! So if you want quality work and customer service, go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

I was frustrated with my insurance company and was able to commiserate my frustration with the person answering the phone who was kind and funny and helpful and so professional. They were able to get me in during the times that I was available to do it without any problem at all they assured me they would help me With managing the insurance claim. The work was exemplary was done far faster than the three hour window that they had originally quoted. a pleasant experience all the way around. Hopefully, I will not have to use them frequently, but I will use them every time. I have an issue with a windshield and I will encourage anyone. I know to give your business to these people. It really had the vibe of a small town business and I like that. Prices absolutely comparable if not just a little bit cheaper than where my insurance company kept leading me to. Highly recommend.

Dan was awesome great customer service came out a good drive to replace my windshield on my ford. He did a professional job even fixed issues from when the windshield was replaced before i owned it. Quality work and wasted no time getting me settled up. I will be referring everyone i know to A1 Auto glass

Excellent customer service! They have done three windshields for my family. All were done quickly and with excellent craftsmanship. Only ever had one small problem with a window seal coming loose and they fixed it on the spot, no questions asked.
That’s the kind of service that all businesses should have.
