Love American Family Insurance and the office of Bryan Flager. They areso helpful and quick to respond to any needs! I have better coverage now for home, auto and boat and with lower prices than with my previous insurance company of 30 years!

Bethany is always helpful, and I always feel like she works hard to find discounts tolower my rates. But most of all she is easy to talk to. Her customer service is top notch. I have been with AmFam for several year, it’s like having a family member.

We have been with American Family for over 20 years. The service is timely and friendly and our agent Bryan Flager is always available. Bethany at his office always responds quickly and works to get us the best rates on our insurance needs. I would highly recommend them! Nothing beats picking up the phone and getting a real person to answer and take care of your call.

I wanted to take a minute and let you all know of my satisfaction. I have been an American Family customer for somewhere around 20 years. Over the years I have had several different agents. I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from your office and would highly recommend your agency to family and friends. I mainly work with Stephanie in the Lebanon office and she is absolutely great to work with. I have met with Bryan a few times and he is responsive and very helpful as well. No need to look further for a great insurance agency to work with in my opinion.

Bethany and American Family have been top quality. She has been there to help me save money by switching my truck back and forth from storage to full coverage just as needed and just made it super easy for me to deal with insurance on a new used car. I also appreciate that American Family lowered my bill during covid without being asked. They also successfully managed a situation where my wife bumped a large truck with her Smart Car (with its flimsy plastic bumper) and the person was claiming damages to their steel bumper (damage was from a previous incident).
