Horrible place, walked in and was absolutely disgusted of how they care for the animals!!!! The reptiles are very neglected, malnourished and so many of them were on the wrong substrate!!!! Saw a few reptiles so neglected by this place they were dead in their enclosures so sad and the owners and employees have no knowledge on the care for these animals would never recommend this place to anybody should be shut down!!!!!!

Last time, I stopped by to get some fish and aquatic plants a random client suddenly told the woman at the counter to charge me more because of an extra small amount in the bubbled bag I was given by one of the attendants. Then they opened my bag to reduce the quantity as it was excessive to begin with...
I think this was rather ridiculous and cheap. I was very excited to visit this place but not anymore.
Disappoining. Goodbye, Animal House.
Update: ..and it keeps getting worse. This time was offered a 6inch Koi fish for $200. Ironically months ago same size koi was sold to me by the owner for only $30.
I guess it's time to forget this place for good.

It is a very crowded and overwhelming place, but the staff are knowledgeable, animal habitats clean, and animals look very healthy.

Small place, passed it a few times looking for it. A bit crowded but they have a large and healthy selection in stock, from fish and aquarium plants to retiles, amphibians and birds. A bit more expensive but worth it. Great customer service as well.

Honestly, as an animal lover and a reptile fan, I'm disgusted by the quality of "care" (lack thereof) provided to these animals. The neglect is beyond excessive across so many species. I understand not having a ton of space. So have less animals and proper enclosures. This is an extremely unethical business. Consider a reputable breeder instead, and other alternatives for supplies.
These conditions are straight up CRUEL.

Animal house? It made me feel like I was in a hoarders house!
To start, I am a professional reptile keeper and wildlife educator. It's my job to talk about wildlife and proper reptile care..... this places was awful! Habitats were all dirty, waters were low and covered in dirt and algae. Some of the fish tanks weren't too bad. It does not matter if most of the animals are there temporarily, they still require basic care like fresh water.
You can barely move around, they have random supplies scattered everywhere. Everything was dirty.
Their axolotls were in an extremely small shallow tub on top of a cold freezer.
ANY PLACE THAT SAYS "NO VIDEOS" "NO PHOTOS" ETC. ARE USUALLY UNETHICAL PLACES!!!
DO BETTER FOR YOUR ANIMALS AND FOR THOSE OF US WHO ACTUALLY CARE FOR THOSE ANIMALS!
This should be considered animal abuse and neglect!

Habitats were dirty or to small for some of the animals living in them. Some animals didn't even have clean water... most didn't have water at all.

I'm mostly purchase live food for my mantises to eat and wax worms for work. Service here is friendly, hopeful, and kind. The crickets and wax worms that I have purchased are always good quality and live long enough to be used fully.
