my mom went to this place, and they open at 10. they still had the doors locked and wouldnt let my mom in even though they saw her until 20 min after. Then when she went in with my 2 year old nephew to get help, they where very rude and even walk out to the back when she was in mid sentence. We have the names who worked during that shift and we have proof. we will file a compliant. Do not go to this place bc they are not helpful at all. They even cursed at my mom at the end. I hope the manager see this and takes care of this issues before it gets worse.

I went into the store on 4/15 to resolve an issue with a disconnected line. The rep Mark barely made the notion that he was going to try and assist me in the issue. After 9 hours on the phone with customer care. They advised I go to a store and have them assist me reactivating my wife’s line that Customer care disconnected by mistake.
Marks attitude seemed like I was a bother to him just sitting around watching TV. Very unprofessional. He has a lot of I can’t help with that answers. After another rep walked in, he tried to pass me off to him, clearly he doesn’t want to help at all. I will be gladly looking for other service if this isn’t resolved.
After the rep notated the account for a waived restocking fee and a new sim to activate my service. He is refusing to accommodate

I’ve been into this store twice in the last month, first to upgrade my phone and then to return my old phone. Both times, Garrett helped me. He was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, answered all my questions. I’ll for sure return to this store for any phone-related needs!

Incredibly helpful customer service. Store representative, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Overly honest which made the experience comfortable and not forced. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Mark was very helpful getting my system. Restarted after Verizon accidentally erased everything. Mark has worked for most of the phone companies and restored as much of my information as he could. He was always very patient and knowledgeable sincerely.

Went in there to get new Google phones. We had a bad experience with Verizon retail in WinCo shopping center, so decided to go to AT&T. Mark was helpful and very understanding and got us into great phones. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need nor put liquid screensavers on there without our permission which cost us a lot of money that couldn't be recouped (which the Verizon store did). We really appreciated his knowledge, truthfulness and honesty.

In a world where good customer service is harder and harder to find this location in particular truly does work as hard as they can to provide great service! Mark and Simon seem to really care and want to help their customers and you just don't see that much anymore these days! Thank you AGAIN for your help Mark and Simon!

About ten days ago I came in from Newport to the Corvallis store on 4th St. where I met Jeff (did not get his last name) but he was one of the most pleasant and genuine individuals I've met. In trying to get my phone line resolved I wanted to transfer to another carrier but he explained in detail the real problems I might be up against if I wanted to switch. After he educated me some more I decided to stay with ATT. I had only wished there were more customer service reps like Jeff that were pleasant and more efficient in serving my needs. Lastly, he did not try to sell me anything additional, as it perturbs me when they push additional services or products on you. A previous customer had come in before I was helped complaining that someone in that store had pushed her husband into buying an additional phone which he did not need, she was very upset.I think she felt they had taken advantage of him and the fact he was a senior. Anyway, I will definitely be back.

I am really disappointed with this AT&T store they not only rudely addressed me and ignored me for over 40 mins but were not helpful at all and told me “you now you can do this all online.” If I could I would have, that is quite literally why I came into the store which is what I told the guy. I understand that there was not anyone else to help but at the same time they could have been much more professional.
