I transferred my phone number from another carrier and it proved to be very complicated and took 4 store visits, but the staff was actually very helpful and considerate. BUT I had to detract several stars because of what I felt was 'scammy' sales practices on my account. I was only told of an activation fee in store, which is typical. But my resulting bill showed a mobile number transfer fee, added device insurance, and the Next Up plan fee which added over $60 to my monthly bill. None of this was discussed with me and I did not consent to any of the charges. Customers beware and please ask about additional charges on the bill. They are 'unable to show it in store' to reflect the charges, and likely just expect you to remove all of the increased fees after the fact over the phone- which is a pain!

Terrible service. Came in wanting to transfer my unlocked phone from another carrier and they said they only offer one postpaid plan (and no prepaid plans) at this location. When I asked about the single plan they did offer they couldn't answer basic questions about roaming or data usage. Yikes!

The staff were amazing at helping get through handling a bill of my deceased grandparents from over a year ago! I had been through the ringer with 611, sending in their phone last year in August, they claimed they never received them so I paid the remaining balance of the bill and the remaining installments of the phones I sent back to them in the pre postaged box they sent me in the mail so everything was supposed to be zeros out in August and then ATT tried billing my DECEASED grandparents for SEPTEMBER when they died months before AND they were paid in full in AUGUST saying that my grandparents now owed almost 250.00?!These staff kept very calm and helped me for almost 2 hours try to get through 611 and finally the bill was handled without me having to pay even more.Thanks so much to these three patient and knowledgeable guys!

Greeted wonderfully, only waited a short time, and what great service! Was able to get my new phone up and running with the reps' knowledgeable help! No pain, no suffering, just efficient help and solutions, and I walked out with a new phone up and running in short order! What a nice staff at the store, fun and friendly!

Had a problem with my phone the past week about "No SIM" and it kept showing the SOS sign at the top of my phone (instead of where the cell service normally is). The person helping me was very helpful! He was very patient, and even let me use the phone--since my phone was out of commission. Got it all fixed with a new SIM card very easily, and it was a quick procedure! Thank you to the person helping me out, saved me from a bunch of stress!

I came to the store to ask about my bill, which had increased exponentially. I was told one answer in the store about a discount that fell off that I still qualify for but they couldn’t help me. They told me since they couldn't fix the problem I could call customer service. So I did and customer service told me the store was lying and that they could have helped me all along. I went back to the store and they told me customer service was lying. They would not talk to each other, customer service and the store employees. I was beyond frustrated. I was told a discount of mine that I qualify for fell off for a few months and while customer service eventually could put it back on my account they could not be backdate it, and therefore I am out hundreds of dollars due to no error of my own. I wish I could leave AT&T but I’m locked into a contract. I would give zero stars if I could.

I signed up for a $55. dollar a month plan and AT&T has been charging me $80. I am disabled and am slow. My Case Managers noticed it and just told I should talk to AT&T and ask for a full a reimbursement of $25. Times 7 months. I am on SSDI, after my bills. I live on less that $300. a month and I desperately NEED $25. X 7 months. I can not afford to be scammed by AT&T anymore.
