I ordered a part 3 weeks ago an easy part mind you. They gave me the run around, and when they told me my part was ready, I showed up and told me they didn't know where it was, after 20min they only found one of the two parts... They could see my frustration and absolutely did not care, their puller was highly unprofessional and basically dumped the part and said well call you when your other part is ready... It's been 4 days still nothing... The party I need is a leaf spring and I can't install it until I have the second part what good does one do when you need two...

Zephyr is the best!He was able to find a obsolete part for a huge electrical nightmare on my F-250, his help alone helped solve a 6 month battle with repairs! I can't thank him enough. I wouldn't call anywhere else for hard to find parts.

There are not enough good things to say about Zephyr. I have been using him for years and he is always attentive and is able to get me accurate parts, plus he is quick to respond. Whenever I need parts for newer cars and even my 1980's Mustang, Zephyr is the only one I trust will get me what I need!
