My mother recieved a $14k check from her mother's life insurance policy, and it was drafted by Bank of America. When we went to cash the check, the service was appalling. First impression entering the branch, they were clearly understaffed by unskilled/untrained employees. The teller refused to cash the check, without citing any sort of credible reason. When asked to get someone with more authority, she refused that, too. I took my mother to my own credit union (Oregon State Credit Union, cannot recommend them highly enough) and managed to get the check deposited into a joint savings. Every single professional there could not understand why they wouldn't even consider cashing it. Bank of America is easily one of the worst banks in the country anyway, however don't come to this branch - they don't even know how nor want to do their jobs.

Worst bank ever. It’s been 2 weeks now since I a working debit card because some worker “accidentally” marked my card for fraud. Now the new card has no PIN number and I guess I have to wait in the bank physically to get a pin working. Not to mention being charged for the new debit card and having to call the bank 5+ times to try to get this sorted out. Maybe by the end of the week I’ll be able to access my bank again. 0 stars will be closing my accounts and getting a real bank in the near future.

This location was particularly difficult to close out an account. Waited 2 hours to do a very simple task and calls into questions some poor business practices. Walk-ins without appointments were prioritized over my need to close the account. Had good experiences for the 10 years prior but this location was managed poorly.

Called, only waited a few seconds before Mario A. answered the phone. He was both courteous and professional. I have someone in the area that is a mutual client needing a Medallion Stamp - he went over the key requirements for them to assist and suggested for the number of documents that scheduling an appointment would be necessary. He was thorough in what documents and what the requirements would be to be able to make this happen. Mario is a great example of what a knowledgeable and efficient team player is - Bank of America has a great gem as part of their team having Mario at this location!

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Was told when I asked to speak with the manager that I was already speaking to the manager. This is how you treat someone wanting to open an account? I pity your loyal customers.

Their was a woman named Julie and she was so racist to me and my family and the other workers came and tried to make it better but she kept being disrespectful and acting like she couldn’t do anything about it.

I opened my account with them when it was a totally different bank, back when I was 16. Bank of America bought them out, and for a long time they were fine. But they have become the WORST bank in the last five years. I have problems with depositing checks ALL THE TIME. With the app, with the staff, you name it. I could write a book on the number of errors and mistakes they have made, which they have made the customer suffer for. Go to a different bank--you'll thank me.

Awesome experience for opening a new account! Since I'm relatively new to the bank environment and I've never created a bank account before, my bank assistant, Mario Amaral, who I really recommend, he helped me processed all the complicated items with a great patience.Moreover, after a week later, he helped me solved the apple pay issue from my bank account. I would say "FIVE STARS" is really worth for their service!

Banker asked if I wanted a credit card for travel. I don’t travel and already have two Bofa credit cards. She didn’t ask any questions about me. Product pushing at its finest.

I went to cash a 2nd m9ney order from my mom. They did not want to do it. Then they said it was over there limit. Meanwhile my mom lives in los angeles its not like i could js send it back. She called tbem they said i could open an acount so i went back they denied me an account without even getting my name. Which ididnt care cus i already knew BofA was a pos. Long story short i took the money to another more local bank.
