My phone screen went black, was told it was the back light needed replaced but couldn't get the parts for a week. Called +found this Batteries Plus had parts. Drove 2 hrs +was met by very helpful staff. They couldn't test my phone because it wouldn't light up. Adam assured me if he couldn't fix it, no charge. He needed a few hrs. New backlight didn't fix it,so he put old one back in it. No charge ! Wish more companies had polite, knowledgeable, professional staff as this company. Keep up the great work .

The crew replaced the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro. They were very professional and thorough warning me ahead of time about the water resistance possibly being compromised, and about the subsequent warnings about a non-Apple battery being installed. Repair was done exactly on time as promised and for the quoted price. No issues and my phone is now charging more quickly and staying alive much longer.

Came in for a simple screen repair and left with a wrecked phone. They kept it for 5+ hours at a time, returned it with the screen improperly attached, causing overheating and constant heat warnings — my phone was basically a brick for over 12 hours since they gave it back right before closing. Brought it back the next day — screen was still loose, wobbly, and clicking. Then my front camera ended up with rainbow distortion all over it. Five visits, zero fixes, no compensation. My phone was fine except for the screen before they touched it — now it’s a mess. Would give zero stars if I could.

B+B had the 6 volt battery I needed to get my 1928 Ford Tudor Sedan running again. My grandson wanted to learn about the car so he assisted in the installation and starting of the car.

OMG!!! I have to give a HUGE shout out to Tyler! I went in on May 3, 2025 to get a new key fob battery, but also after mentioning that my engine light had lit up in my car just as I pulled in the parking lot, he offered to read the system to see what the issue was! I was so impressed with his customer service skills, friendliness, helpfulness and humility! I had to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck and because of Tyler, I felt comfortable and acknowledged. THANK YOU!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS STORE. My sweet boyfriend took my phone here after I cracked my screen to get my screen replaced and ended up getting me a new battery as well. (There was nothing wrong with my battery). Worked for ONE DAY. Completely shuts off for no reason constantly. I have to force restart my phone every time to get it to turn back on. Took my phone back 2 days later and they told me no refunds. They told me to fix it it will need a new part and quoted me $200 MORE!!! If I knew it needed this new part before I wouldn’t have spent the money to get the screen replaced in the first place. I honestly do not think it needs this “new part.” Not only does it randomly shut off the battery also drains very fast. THEY GAVE ME A FUALTY BATTERY. I have taken my phone to spinware in Albany numerous times and have always been happy with the service. Will not be coming back to batteries plus!

Only downside of this store is that it smells gross - like old potpourri. It always smells like that too.
My phone was a literal hot mess when I brought it in. They fixed me up w a new battery and screen, and now it’s workin better than ever. I called around town and batteries plus was the cheapest option.
I’ve also gotten my car fob fixed at this location. The service is speedy and coupons are usually available.
