I’m so incredibly pleased and grateful for the outstanding service provided by Bertsch Moving and Storage, the Allied Van Lines local carrier in Corvallis, Oregon. Kam did a fantastic job during the initial walk-through - quick, thorough, and detailed, capturing everything that was being moved and not moved. She then promptly sent me a fair and accurate estimate for my move across country.
Anna coordinated the scheduling and follow-up flawlessly and with care, even arranging for JT, a specialist, on moving day to expertly wrap and box high-value items like artwork, lamp shades, and my TV. She also ensured everything was seamlessly handed off to Carl, who oversaw the entire move—from inventorying and supervising the crew to personally driving the semi-truck cross-country. Everything arrived within a week, perfectly intact.
The whole team was professional, kind, precise, conscientious, careful and thorough. Not a single item was damaged. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

We had these guys out to our house a couple of weeks ago. Scheduling was easy and they were flexible so that was nice. There were 3 guys that came to move our larger house items from the house to our shop on the property. One of the guys was as slow as heck, and definitely didn’t want to be working. He’d do things like… move our dripping wet outdoor patio furniture through the inside of the house all the way to down the stairway out front, when it’s half the distance to just step off the back patio there and walk it down to the truck. It was very cringy!! 2 of the guys were already taking their 15 min break one hour in. They were at our house exactly 3 hours. My husband filled out the rest of the check before they left, which was for 3.5 hrs! I wasn’t even home yet from dropping my kids off at school when they said they “arrived.” This was all frustrating enough. I came back to clean last week and realized there are several deep scratches in our floor where they moved our heavy hutch. Nevvvverrrrr again!!!!!

Absolutely amazing. Kam, JT, Shane and crew were amazing. They are so nice, helpful and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They were so efficient, careful and willing to go above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend to anyone needing help moving.

I would like to heartily recommend Bertsch Removals for your next move.I had a move from Corvallis to Surfers Paradise Australia.Thanks go out to Ron,Anna and the team for all the careful packing and organisation which had all my belongings arrive within 2 months and everything intact.
This is the company you need to call for reliability and expertise in moving your goods.

Bertsch is a fantastic moving company. Kam and Anna helped us with a cross-country move and everything was fantastic. They packed our kitchen and TV's and arranged for everything to be moved across the country. They also helped us arrange one of our cars to be shipped. They were up front about everything - no surprises or hidden charges, Anna checked in with me every step of the way to make sure everything happened as it should and to update me on delivery times and whatnot. I can't say enough about them - honest, communicative, trustworthy - I feel like those traits are rare in that industry and I so appreciated how easy they made our move!

Kam with Bertsch Moving and Storage is a gem! I have never met anyone so invested in their clients experience in the moving process. She makes the most stressful situations and moves, less stressful. She is kind, caring and does an amazing job! I can't recommend Kam at Bertsch Moving and Storage enough!

My daughter moved out of her apartment after she graduated from The University Of Oregon and all of her belongings were picked up and safely shipped back to California. I would highly recommend to all of the out-of-state parents especially California to use this moving company.I spoke to Alice on the phone and she set up the process.I was very impressed by Kam who came over and inventoried everything that we were moving and gave us a very fair price. The crew that showed up to pick everything up could not have been more professional. And when her belongings were delivered in California everything was absolutely pristine. This is a top rate company.I would recommend to everyone who has a student at the University of Oregon to use them.

We had a great experience using this company. When I spoke with the office about my move, I spoke with a lady name Anna, she was extremely helpful. Movers showed up on time, they were very careful with our furniture, and finished the move in short order.I would highly recommend Bertsch Moving and Storage, great bunch of people!

Wow , way to costly and very unfriendly and unable to help fully with the move .other employed went out of the way however they have some issues with being hospitable also..

The Bertsch team treated me with the utmost respect from the 1st phone call until the last box was in my home. The office staff explained everything to me and set times that would work for me. The crew was careful with my possessions. Everything was done within the estimate I was quoted and in the timeframe I requested. I would recommend them!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Note that this was a move from Switzerland to Oregon, and in our deal the team was supposed to unpack our stuff and get rid of the packaging. It seems this is not a thing in the US and we did not get that service, although we paid for it initially and did not get reimbursed. I did ask for it when they were on site but they did not do it.
