Before transferring to Walgreens, they were speedy, responsive, and you could use the walk up window. Now it takes such a long time to get your prescription, you can’t talk to a real person on the phone AND they aren’t open on weekends. Such a bummer. Changing pharmacies.

This is the old pharmacy which was GREAT. The new Walgreens pharmacy is HORRIBLE (Not the staff, but the understaffing and management). Please search Walgreens pharmacy to look at the current reviews.

Pharmacy signs state that they open at 9:00 am. Watched both pharmacy workers walk in and unlock at 9:10. Then they both got on their phones and ignored the line of people who had been waiting since 9:00.

I have been a long-time shopper at the 9th Street Bi-Mart. It used to be more convenient because I had business over in that part of town. Life has changed, and I've started frequenting the west Corvallis Bi-Mart at least as much as the 9th Street location. I can easily ride my bike there - less than four miles. It's about the same distance, but a nicer ride on bike paths and out of the awful 9th Street traffic. The west Corvallis 53rd Street store seems bigger. Great selection of beer and wine as well as many other household items. Prices are great, and it's employee-owned. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy is now run by Walgreens, but at least there's a pharmacy at all. The pharmacy at the 9th Street location closed. So sad.

We shop here several times a week. The prices are the best in town for many things - and they have a surprising range of products. We get our vitamins, dog food, nails, cleaning supplies, hand cream, soap (house and hand) and so much more. Often they have decent clothes at good prices and usually they're well made. We love BiMart and don't know what we would do without them. Oh, and you can take your dog in and the staff is very helpful and nice

Walgreens bought out the pharmacy. I called in prescription refills 5 days early and they weren't filled until I actually showed up to pick them up! Very frustrating when you gave them AMPLE time to fill the prescription.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have never had a problem. They call my physician when his office forgets to authorize a prescription. Recently I had a large bill and an assistant Crystal looked up the total cost with an Rx savings program card I had. I really appreciate it.

The staff here work HARD to go to bat for their customers. I've had some annoyingly complicated scenarios, that didn't phase them. They called who needed to be called and helped me to get the meds I needed. Kevin seems to learn and know everyone by name AND by situation. Jennifer works wonders on the insurance side, and the pharmacists are quite knowledgeable and personable.

I love this store and I love the employees and there attitude. I have shopped here for 20 years and know the store well. I buy pet supplies, paint, hardware, food and various paper goods. Also rely on Julie in the beer section to always steer me right. I have had to return several items and it is never a "hassle". Fill out the form and get my credit! So to those who don't appreciate friendly staff and great prices, you can always shop next door at the wonderful Safeway.

Bi-Mart has a great selection of items that are cheaper than elsewhere.

Good place to get all the usual BiMart things: Game licenses, hunting and fishing gear, household supplies, some foods, wine and beer, electronics, hardware, toys, pharmacy, etc, etc. I've nearly always had good service, and unbeatable prices.

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We called about the price of a propane tank and were told they were $30. We drove there just to buy the propane tank and were told by the cashier, Darby, that it was $46.99. When we told her what the guy on the phone told us, she called that department and asked him about it, then told us he had just guessed that the price was $30. We told her (nicely) that it was odd that they would just guess and tell us that was the price and that we had driven there specifically because of what we were told on the phone. She barely let us finish a sentence before she went on the defensive and said "well that's not my fault." We told her we weren't saying it was her fault but that the guy shouldn't be just guessing prices and telling customers those prices. She just kept rudely saying it wasn't her fault and then angrily turned her back to us. We said we still were going to buy it since we had already driven all the way there, and she turned back around and snidely said "oh you're still gonna buy it??" She rang us up without saying a word, but quite literally glared at us the whole time. It made me extremely uncomfortable, but I was so angry that I stared right back at her. Darby, I feel for you if you were having a bad day, but if that's how you behave towards others when you're in a bad mood, I suggest getting out of customer service.

I don't understand the lack of customer service in so many places. Although to be fair, there was one very helpful guy in the hardware department. I came in to return a magazine purchased before traveling. When I got on the plane, I noticed it was from 2018! This had never happened before, so I went in to let them know and get a refund as the magazine was rather expensive. The "Customer Service Specialist" barely acknowledged the mistake, the hassle of returning it or the fact that they (still!) had the wrong publication on the rack, no apology, just nothing. He asked if I had a membership card as that was required for returns. That's putting the problem back on the customer. Not a big deal I know, but it was the whole attitude and frankly I'm tired of it.
