“My wife and I rented a pair of electric bikes yesterday for a few hours and we had a wonderful time. The staff, especially Pam, were super kind and helpful and they did an excellent job explaining how everything worked. And we were able to walk in and make a same day rental, unlike at some other places in town.10/10 would recommend renting e-bikes (or anything) from here! We will definitely be renting here again next time we’re in town.”

“Amazing service! Highly recommend, will definitely return! Coming from someone inexperienced with bikes, I needed to have my pedals changed to clip-on pedals. I had already purchased the petals. They were able to change out my pedals and give me recommendations on whether I needed new tires or no (I didn't). They did not try to upsell me on anything which I sincerely appreciate! They didn't even charge me to switch my pedals! I am very grateful!”
