Takes forever to open an account..... Lots of documents to fill out.... customer service very poor... when you enter you feel unwelcome immediately

The customer service and personal touch of their staff is superb. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise in all banking matters as well as protecting my information. The online staff is also very responsive and professional.
