Shower floor was cracked and mushy underfoot. Room smelled old. Midnight building wide fire alarm party due to "equipment malfunction". Went to best western and rooms are more modern and maintained. Breakfast was good.

This was honestly so disappointing because I stayed at a lower rated hotel and it was significantly nicer than this one. The rooms are outdated, with peeling wallpaper and water damaged bathrooms. No smart tv’s in their rooms and no way to stream anything other than cable tv. Also, the hot tub was not hot 😭 this isn’t a total lost ONLY because their staff were friendly and their breakfast was delicious and plentiful

Staying at the comfort suite inn in Corvallis used to be a pretty decent experience however, the last few times we have stayed there. It has been a poor to fair experience.
On our last day the beds were extremely comfortable, however, the room was in disrepair with loose faucets in the bathroom, loose towel racks on the wall, loose towel holders, the microwave rotating dish (inside the microwave) was not made for that model and made a lot of noise! There was ONE hanger in our room and when I asked for another couple or hangers they gave us one that did not fit on the closet bar.
The hotel no longer has a guide on the TV to where you can see what the actual shows are, you have to search through the channels to see what’s on.
Lastly, there was a malfunction of the fire alarm system, and when we came back in, we found that one of the fire doors near our room, had the fire activated magnetic auto-closer laying on the ground with all indications that it wasn’t even screwed on as it should be. Additionally, they did not fix this problem — as they should’ve immediately because it’s a safety issue — and the fire door was held open by a towel wedged under the door.
Rooms: Our room was in disrepair
Safety: Proper working fire doors for crucially important in a hotel. The fire door on our hallway had a emergency auto closer magnetic system that was broken.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is mediocre and the eggs have a lot of salt in them. When we were there, there was an awful lot of either out or missing items. As an example, their regular syrup for their waffles was out.

Very clean room. It was also nice to be able to turn up the heat and actually stay warm. So many hotels the heater just blows slightly warm air.
Best nights sleep on my week long travels.
Walkability: I was able to walk over and do a little browsing at a few stores and even found a great Italian place to eat.

the kitchen floors are not cleaned daily, nor is the kitchen dishwasher. The kitchen bulk order will sit and become room temp before being put away. refrigerator stored food in the kitchen kept in temp unregulated proofing drawers overnight. dining room not mopped and cleaned daily. also being served expired waffle mix that has fully separated. Keeps mixing spoons for service in room temp, soiled water.
Food and drinks: no temp logs in the kitchen and they don’t clean the floors or washer, absolutely nasty as someone that has been working food service for the last 10 years

We travel often and deal with hassles, scary motels, extra fees. My family and I found the best hotel hands down! Booked on their website not with a 3rd party. had not 1 hassle! Breakfast was by far the best anywhere I mean anywhere. Indoor pool and hot tub relaxed us at night and in the early morning after a 6am workout in their 24 hr open gym. Colton and Mason thank you for such a great hotel experience! Marta you did terrific cleaning the room before we showed up. I wish I knew the names of everyone who worked there and was so pleasant and helpful. Saying our last goodbye to our dad before he passes. We really appreciate comfort suites in Corvallis Oregon for all they do for their guests! Only hotel we'll ever visit from now on :)
Food and drinks: Best free breakfast buffet, biggest Free breakfast buffet anywhere. They have everything for any pickup eater.

Dirty, rude service, bad vibes, and management doesn't seem to care about people at all. I don't know about you but I don't want to chance my night and my life to stay somewhere that doesn't value human beings, for as much as they charge as well!! I would stay pretty much anywhere else, I definitely don't feel sure that this is a safe place to stay from how they treat people!!! Good luck everyone.
Edit: dont bother sharing your experience, the manager will just call you a liar and say you never even stayed here 😂 pure insanity. Sometimes, people have others with them when they stay at a motel, you would think a motel manager would know that, incredible. Definitely the worst motel in the area to stay at! Won't even take customer experiences seriously.

Used to be top notch.. no longer.. updated with more information from our last stay approximately 1 year ago.
Our room, reserved and guaranteed.. was given away to another client.. when reservations made .. we needed a ground floor room, asked for snd and explained circumstances to reserve agent. No problem per attendant. Reservations in made 2 to 3 weeks prior.
Elevator was broken. We did not have a handicapped room. It was given away to another person. Person at front desk argued with us, lied to us etc. spoke with manager twice. No help at all. We had no choice but to stay in the room they moved us to as it was a busy time.
This caused us huge inconvenience and extra work.
We drive an extra distance to Albany to not stay at this Corvallis hotel.
