Got our whole house flooring done, Brian was a great in helping us with our flooring choice and back splash in kitchen. Did more of the flooring later in bedrooms and Mike was a big help getting us taken care of. Definitely recommend

We called at 10am and asked about getting 15 precut carpet pieces for our stairs. We were told to come in and they could and would do that. We got there 10 minutes later. We choose our carpet with the young lady. Mike came in the back and we chatted for a bit. He said he would get that done for us. Right at closing time, he texted me and said there's not enough material for our project. Mike hadn't been told what carpet we choose. He assumed the little piece of carpet on the floor back there was our selection. Our selection was leaning against the wall and there was plenty of material. Mike was a very nice young man. I really enjoyed our conversation. I texted him immediately after his message saying there's not enough material. I told him where our selection was. My son had traveled 140 miles to do this project. They seem like nice people, however they have some room for improvement in the service delivery details. We are remodeling our home and now another business will be getting our business I'm afraid.

We recently had these folks replace some old carpet in our home. Despite some snafus, the installation was professionally done and very fast. The snags we hit were resolved promptly and completely and we are THRILLED with how our floors look. We would absolutely have them do work for us again. Professional and beautiful work!

We had the 24 year old wood floors in our newly purchased home refinished by Corvallis Floor Covering and couldn't be more happy with the results. The price was excellent and all the employees I worked with were polite, professional and excellent. The crew were dedicated with great attention to detail and quality of work.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company for floor refinishing.

I’m glad many of Corvallis Flooring customers have had a good experience. We certainly have not. The transitional molding between our new floor and the existing floor was obviously too narrow to start with. The ends of the vinyl flooring were showing from the beginning and I pointed this out to the installer who just shrugged. The problem has only gotten worse. Brian has promised and promised to fix the problem, has blamed the flooring, refused to acknowledge that the problem was a result of their installation, etc. If the flooring is problem? Who’s the flooring expert? Brian almost never returns call, everything is late. It’s been over 8 months and our floor still isn’t finished. Today the installer who was to change the transition strip to a much wider style was 45 minutes late, didn’t have the material, went to get it and never came back. When we called (they never return our calls) they said they had sent him to a different job. We’ve now asked them just deliver the material, it’s only two 10’ strips, and we will have someone else install it. No apologies from Brian. Will they actually deliver the new product? I’m not holding my breath.Don’t think I’m just some hot head. My wife has had all of the interactions with Brian and she has the patience of Job. It’s really impossible to understand.

We have had terrible customer service with Corvallis Floor Covering. We visited the store over two weeks ago to look at selection and pricing of countertops and after multiple phone and in-person inquiries on pricing for the few samples we picked, we still have no info. Other places had pricing when we walked in the door. They never returned calls & kept giving us excuses for why they didn't have pricing. It's just rude to not call customers back.

Terrible customer service. We went into the store in person two weeks ago on a Saturday to look at having countertops done and a nice young lady showed us some samples to look through to get prices. We picked several, gave her two phone numbers, & dimensions for our kitchen & she said that the person who deals with countertops would call us Monday. Monday rolled around & no call. We gave it a couple of days and nothing. So while returning samples we checked out, my husband told someone there (he thinks it's the owner) that we were waiting for quartz sample prices. She seemed to know that, said our info was on the person's desk. After a full week past when we were told we would be called, we called again, left a message, no response, called again & now got ahold of the person. He told us he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Never called back. So after 2 full weeks we don't have basic square foot pricing on countertop material. We have been to 2 other installers who have lists available when you walk into the store. It's ridiculous to not get this basic info to a customer or call them when you say you are going to. We won't be going back.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Corvallis Floor Covering. I had a water line for my fridge leak and ruin my vinyl plank. Got a payout and a recommendation from my insurance for a company in Portland. It was a very high quote and decided to shop around locally and am I glad I did. Cost ended up being half of what I was quoted by the PDX guys.These guys are great, charged me less than half of what the PDX company did even after seeing the quote. Great product, great service, great people.
