Make sure you give 30 notice they will charge rent and insurance for the next month. I didn't and will be charged another month.
Don't remember them telling me but I'm sure it's in the contract somewhere.
Asked for a break, told me to pound sand with a smile, and no, we still charge insurance when it's empty.
This place is basic, looks like a junk yard. overpriced. Insurance is s a scam. Don't get it.
Just drive up, take a look and go elsewhere.
I've got 6 more years of kids at OSU.
I'll never rent from here again. Lots of storage places around.
Maybe it's my fault?
Regardless, this was my experience.
They won't get another Penny from me.

Kord was super helpful, and very understanding as I misjudged the size unit I needed. He showed great professional courtesy by showing me several units to gauge what size I needed.

I am impressed with the young lady who works in the office. She has great customer service. She goes above and beyond to assist me with any issues I have addressed within my 2 years of having my unit.

Manager and staff were friendly. Prices aren't bad and she even gave me the rest of my first month off free. Just had to pay the small start up fee.

There prices are out of hand just raised the rent on a 5x10 unit unheated no light by 50 dollars a month to 194.00 totally out of hand for the unit I would take my stuff to the dump before I ever rented from these crooks again and I suggest anyone using them to look around most expensive in town I got a 5x10 elsewhere and am only paying 75.00 per month again don't use them they are just ripping people off
