Did a wonderful job with the Mani and Pedi! The color was great. Chrome is my thing! The massage chairs were amazing too. Clean and great price. Also not bad on time. 3 people in 1.5 hrs with a last minute reservation 🤟⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love going to Crystal Nails for my pedicures. It feels like a spa with massage chairs, warm stones and beautifully tended nails. Everything is clean and the tools sterilized.The technician
was gentle and efficient. It is a lovely way to pamper myself.

I don’t understand at all why people left poor reviews. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. The shop, chairs, and instruments are always clean. You *more* than get your money’s worth at this salon. I’ve had my nails done by every tech in their shop and they’ve always adjusted to my preferences and needs. They use quality supplies, and my toes always look amazing when I leave. Can people have random bad experiences? Of course. Humans are humans, and we can’t be perfect robots every time. But they’re 10 for 10 as far as I’m concerned, and they’re always the place I recommend. If it helps, my mom and I went today, the day before Mother’s Day, and they were so busy they had to turn people away. Don’t listen to the haters.

Very bad customer service. The wife of the owner clearly told her husband not to do my nails. She actually screamed at him in front of everyone. She was speaking in her language but we can tell who mad she was. I let her know that I need acrylic and not gel and that I am not familiar with the differences because I rarely get my nails done. She got so angry and threw things away. I apologized but she left me and went to work on other customer. I don’t recommend anyone going there especially is people of color. She is very racist just from the way she greet white from people of color.

Yeah will never come back. Photo of what I wanted and then what I got…nothing alike. Very disappointed not to mention they were 75$ at first I thought yeah whatever but now that I’m thinking about it I wish i had them just taken the nails off rather than pay.
Update-there is MMA in there acrylic.

My wife just got a full set of acrylic nails and they look awful. She was too embarrassed to complain so she’s trying to remove them at home. My daughter and her will never be back. The guy was rude and terrible at his job. Avoid this nail salon and go somewhere else.

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. No matter who does my nails, they always look great. Moved to Albany from Corvallis last summer, but I’ll keep driving to them instead of finding a closer salon bc they are the best!

Had a great experience here. Great communication, excellent color selection, clean atmosphere. Easy appointment booking for 3 mani/pedis plus a child mani/ pedi. We all were happy with the services and professionalism.

I love crystal nails! I’ve been going to the salon for over a year now. Been other places but the quality of work is above all! I get compliments on my nails all of the time. Crystal measures my nails against both hands, making sure everything is symmetrical, taking extra time. My nails are beautiful and natural looking. I won’t go any where else. The staff is lovely and gracious. I would not spend my money anywhere else. Thank goodness for crystal nails.
