“Excellent customer service, caring, competent and efficient. I highly recommend this store. A special thank you to both Jozhua (I hope I spelled that right) and River. I went in for a phone upgrade because my current phone has battery issues. Found out the one I want needed to be ordered and instead of just telling me that and sending me on my way, Jozhua offered to help me place my order and got me started, then did a warm hand off to River, who helped me finish ordering my phone and then got my protection plan set up and helped me get the right screen protector. This was the easiest and fastest phone and accessory purchase I've had in a long time (that includes the brief wait while the three people before me were helped). River answered all my questions, checked that everything was correct for me and made sure I was confident and comfortable with my purchases and plan. I would give these two raises if I could, the level of customer service provided to myself and the others is above and beyond what I'm used to seeing in most places. Thank you both for making what is normally a nightmare for me into a surprisingly pleasant experience.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Gray and Sam were amazing and saved my life when I came in to get a new phone after mine was stolen. Not only did they help me find a new phone, but Gray spent at least two hours helping me set it up and switch over my Apple ID even as the guy who stole my phone kept denying the two-factor authentication requests and SIM card transfers. Gray helped me troubleshoot so many issues that came up, and also helped me shut off my old phone and block it as stolen. Gray and Sam truly went above and beyond when I was feeling completely helpless, and I'm so grateful for their help.”

“my kids and I drop in here about once a week, and I also travel for work through Portland and up to Seattle - I bring that up because this particular 7-11 is so clean, friendly, normal, stocked and safe that I forget it's not like that everywhere. this is the 7-11 I wish they could all be like when I'm on the road. nuff said”

“Friendly staff and fairly quick even at their peak hours. You'll find it busier early in the morning, lunch time and around 4-5 when a lot of people are getting off work. The deli food is pretty good. They will make fresh pizza for you that is done in about 5 minutes. You can purchase an uncooked pizza on food stamps and then have them cook it for you. The night staff are always friendly and they get very bored so they love customers to chat with. lol never had a bad experience. They have had the same manager for years too.”
