“My phone screen went black, was told it was the back light needed replaced but couldn't get the parts for a week. Called +found this Batteries Plus had parts. Drove 2 hrs +was met by very helpful staff. They couldn't test my phone because it wouldn't light up. Adam assured me if he couldn't fix it, no charge. He needed a few hrs. New backlight didn't fix it,so he put old one back in it. No charge ! Wish more companies had polite, knowledgeable, professional staff as this company. Keep up the great work .”

“Technician did a good job and was very nice. Washing machine working now. Unfortunately repairs were delayed a month waiting for replacement part to arrive due to part shortage. Perhaps it would be better if Sears Direct stocked parts which fail the most often.”
