Wow, some of the best customer service I have ever received!! When there was a difficulty with my insurance company Sally called to walk me through what needed to be done, and then even called back later before my appointment to follow up and let me know that everything had gone through! After that she picked me up from the car body shop personally, created such kind natural conversation during the ride, and went out of her way when we made it back to Enterprise to make sure I was getting the best possible experience I wanted out of the car. I will definitely be returning anytime my car needs something done, thank you Sally!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Was concerned because when I called ahead they indicated there were 10 people ahead of me, and I might not get the car I reserved right at the time I reserved it, but when I arrived they were quick, courteous, and gave me a beautiful car to use for my drive back to Portland. They answered all my questions and helped me know what to expect once I reached the Portland airport. I am very grateful for their careful attention, especially when it was a crazy graduation weekend and everyone needed a car, apparently. Thank you for the excellent service.

Absolutely don’t recommend. Difficult customer service, does not go smooth. Online reservation modification option limited ( or would not work). Rate went up an additional 244 dollars for dropping car off two days early. Will not use again.

Did shuffle the car, Did not provide me the car I have already reserved.And I had to suffer taking a hybrid car which was really annoying.

Probably the worst customer service? Called to reserve and had a few questions, she gave me a one word answer to my first question and went on the "Thank you for calling Enterprise, have a good day" before I stopped her mid-sentence and asked a few more questions. Each of them she ended with the "Thank you for calling Enterprise..." Have some decency. I could book it online if I wanted to, but I had a couple questions to avoid showing up on my reservation day and not being able to pick up. Now I'm definitely not booking anything. As in their words: "Thank you for calling enterprise, have a good day".

They don't care. We made a reservation, but they had no car for us. They were not the least bit apologetic, and even rather surly about it. Most people renting cars have flights or reservations to keep and yet this sort of treatment happens "all the time." Shame on you for allowing that to be normal. You are making life miserable for so many people. Change your business model to provide a helpful service or go away. May karma find its mark.

Booked a rental car three months in advance and then when I called to find out where my car was they claimed i hadn't confirmed the reservation (which I had) and didn't have one ready. Lady on the line was very unapologetic. Very disappointing.

I had my car in at Caliber Collision having some decal work done, in the absence of my vehicle, they provided me a rental car "all expenses paid" in the interim period that my vehicle was in their shop. I was told that I personally needed to pay a deposit that would be transferred back to my account after the rental was returned in proper condition. The rental they gave me was a Hyundai Ioniq with a foul stench of cigarettes when the A/C was on, and burn holes in the passenger seat from previous renters. I took what I could get and didn't make a huge fuss. Upon returning the vehicle in the exact condition it was left in my hands, with a full tank of gas, I was never reimbursed for the $100 deposit that was taken out of my account. Not only was the deposit not returned, but they took an additional $69 from my bank account without contacting me or informing me of what the charges were for. I have full insurance coverage, including rentals, and I was under the impression that the rental cost was completely handled by Caliber Collision. I ended up paying the collateral cost for the rental myself, and more, without any consultation as to what I was being charged for. I won't be taking anymore "freebies" from Enterprise.
