A really wonderful salon. Beautiful decor, lots of wood and nice area for pedicures and upstairs a resting lounge and message.
My therapist was very gentle but firm enough to correct the pain I was having.

Awful experience. Very unprofessional. I had an appointment with a stylist who said she had another appointment overlapping with mine, so the front desk person would finish styling my hair. This person did not have a license and my hair was completely fried after my appointment. When I asked the stylist what I should do, she yelled at me and completely embarrassed me. Not very mature workers at their salon and not what I would call a high end salon either. Much better day spas in Corvallis. Stay away — worst experience I have ever had at a salon.

I got shortish almond gel extension with polish from Miyana today. She is super friendly and sweet! I love the result so much and she even let me add on some nail art last minute! Got exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend this place. It’s also just a really well maintained building and very pretty inside. Prices are reasonable too. 80ish total w/out gratuity.

Getting facials here is my absolute favorite thing. I am a plus size gal and they always make me feel so comfortable seeing as this is something I’m not super secure about when going to spas since many have one sized robes, towels, etc.. I can say that they are so accommodating and have MORE than one size they actually have plus sized options which was so comforting to have and made my experience that much more enjoyable. I understand why this place fills up their books so fast they truly are a breath of fresh air and provide an experience like no other. I have primarily done facials with Brittany and she’s awesome! Thanks Epic for being amazing!

My nails are in the best health and shape they've been in for two years. Hands down—and feet up—Epic Spa truly delivers the perfect mani-pedi treatment my nails deserve. Consistently excellent service!

Services are good but charging $40 to take a shower after a service is absurd. I’ve been to many spas and enjoying the facility and showers is part of the experience.

I go every 3-4 weeks to get waxing services from Whitney. I HIGHLY recommend Whitney! She is the fastest waxer I've ever had, most efficient, and using creme wax, waxing is less painful! No more days of hard wax which left my skin sore and puffy for a few days. She also is an expert in what products can help with ingrown, dryer skin, etc.
The salon staff are also fantastic, they know me every time I come in, making check in seamless. Everyone is so kind and professional. If you need an Aesthetician, Epic is the place to go!

I came in later in the day and the massage was great, the facial was okay. However, I felt rushed since it was close to closing time when I was done. It was disappointing to find out if you want to take a shower or use the steam room it was an additional $40. So after a massage and/ or facial a person is pretty oily. Although due to the time, it was not even an option. Not sure of all spa charging for the use of their showers though, which in my opinion takes away the experience of a good spa.

Karla and her team saved my hair from a balayage disaster (from another salon in town). They truly know their stuff and helped me get my hair back just in time for my wedding reception. Sincerest thanks to all! I'll never go anywhere else.

Sawyer from Epic day salon contacted me and explained everything and was VERY accommodating in helping me book an upcoming appointment with them. I am extremely appreciative of their customer service and I truly apologize for my Bridezilla appearance.
Booked a mani pedi appointment months ago and was informed this morning that my nail stylist called in sick. Normally I wouldn’t have been so disappointed but I am getting married in 2 days and it just added unnecessary stress. They did offer a 20% discount on my rescheduled appointment which wasn’t very helpful for me. I ended up booking an appointment with Modern Nails instead who were able to get me in today.
