Was operating under their website hours that they are open until 7 PM, and arrived shortly before 6 PM with something that I absolutely needed printed before morning. They said that they had shut down all their computers and they couldn't do anything, even though their store was still open, and the doors were still unlocked. Super frustrating that the hours are not consistent and that the customer service leaves a lot to be desired
Another customer was there, and she said that the staff turned the lights off on her while she was still doing her work.

FedEx is soooo slow I had a package come from Florida via USPS. It came three days quicker than a package shipped from FedEx from Texas.

Other than the US post office I generally go to this particular FedEx. The people there are very friendly and highly efficient. It's an excellent place to get passport photos and the like. They have easy to use copy machines that take a credit card. There's always somebody there to give you help. And if you're likely to not fully understand something they are happy to explain it to you.

Other than the US post office I generally go to this particular FedEx. The people there are very friendly and highly efficient. It's an excellent place to get passport photos and the like. And if you're likely to not fully understand something they are happy to explain it to you.

I never wanted to leave a review so quick! The gentlemen working behind the counter were super nice! They approached me eagerly and were very friendly, patient, and helpful. It's a cheery and social place- I'll definitely be going back!

I just think that any human, regardless of disabilities, shouldn't have to listen to 1 employee tell another employee that "there's always someone having a worse day." Right after I explained my disabilities. I also don't drive and have lung problems, I don't know why I wouldn't be able to still get help even if I was "having a bad day." I've avoided going back since, and I have urgent needs I've tossed aside. I can't afford to buy a printer. I just can't believe this kind of stuff is happening in Corvallis, but after being here since 2016 it's a theme at most public places here. Just because you don't have disabilities, doesn't mean you can treat customers as less than, or talk crap about them while they are still in the store.

I had a great experience shipping ten boxes at this location in Corvallis. Nick went out of his way to be helpful and efficient.

Took off work to be home to sign for my package, their driver didn't even knock. Now I can't get it for weeks because I can't be here at noon? And they say theirs nothing they can do about it? I can't even pick it up from their location. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN OREGON. ESPIECALLY IN THIS AREA.

The employees in the office store are nice and helpful but the FedEx dropoff setup is ridiculous. They literally have a plastic tub labeled FedEx that isn't even behind a desk, just leave your valuable package there with no receipt in the middle of Corvallis and hope nobody steals it out of the unprotected plastic bin on a public shelf before FedEx comes by for their daily pickup...Suggest you drive it a few blocks down the road to the real FedEx by Goodwill since without a receipt, if it gets stolen, you will have no way of knowing, have no proof you even left it there and just be out of luck.

This fedex location employs the most help and kind people! Every time I come in, the staff is ready to tackle all my shipping and printing needs. Adam and Karen are here 5/7 times I come in and they have helped me ship liquid samples for work and print posters and photos as gifts. The rest of the staff is equally as helpful and everyone provides me with good suggestions that best meet my needs. Thank you to the Corvallis fedex crew!

Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I came in today not knowing how to print a comic made on Photoshop. He helped us figure out the perfect way to print it (through many trials and errors), format it, and upload the content from our computer to his. He even made us laugh along the way. Great guy and great service!
