No problem with my delivery. Same driver for over 20 years, a good guy named Ray. My problem was with the billing. I never got a bill, this was possibly not your fault. I got a phone call from you saying my payment was delinquent. I told the representative that I had been looking for the bill in the mail and that I have the delivery receipt which states I will be billed. The person on the phone said they would resend the bill. I said okay and started watching the mail again. After a week, I finally got a letter from Ferrellgas but it wasn't the bill I was promised but instead a letter threatening to cancel my credit. I wrote a check for the amount listed on the delivery receipt and mailed it to the address on the letter, knowing that it probably isn't the path they wanted the check to take. Now I started watching my bank account and a few days later saw that the check had been cashed. I called your phone number and listened to a robot tell me my account balance. It said zero dollars and 38 cents. I'm not sure where the 38 cents came from but I am confident your company can carry that balance until my next delivery.

Jeff Shaw the service Technician installed a 100 gallon tank at our house this morning. I just want to say, what a wonderful experience he gave to us. What a polite gentleman. He smiled throughout the entire time just looking like he really genuinely likes his job and helping others. He walked me through everything and left me with no questions. I just want to sincerely Thank you Jeff Shaw. I hope you have the Best weekend ever.

I am very pleased with the automatic fill..no problems and they are very careful of my plants nearby the tank!

We decided to install a whole house generator system in our new home in Waldport, Or. We tried a couple of propane businesses and Ferrellgas was the best for responding to our request and following through on every aspect of the project. The staff in the office was very professional and the service tech Brandon was fantastic. I talked to Rhonda, Kelly and Tracy in the office and they all did a great job in getting us set up. Brandon delivered and set up the tank doing a magnificent job. The delivery driver who filled the tank was also very nice and did a great job (I didn't get his name). Everything is completed on our project and just wanted to thank the employee's of Ferrellgas for the great work and they stood by the estimate on our 500 gallon tank we purchased and set up. I will be constructing a nice enclosure around the tank soon!

Install went very well. Recommendations for positioning tank by Ferrellgas was very much appreciated. Follow up from office on removing red tag for gas appliances wasn't very clear

Ferrellgas is a wonderful company to have deliver Propane Gas. The office folks are friendly and so cooperative. The person that delivers the gas, Raymond, is the best. Ferrellgas is fortunate to have such a friendly, crating employee. I would recommend them any time and already have spoken very highly of the company to friends. A big thank you goes to the Office Staff and especially to Raymond.
