Complete, professional, auto care! They made the repairs on my X5 BMW, and cost less than the estimate! I've never seen that before from an auto repair shop, ever! Manager Ken at this location has been professional, kind, and honest. I'd recommend this Firestone repair shop, to all!

The staff at Firestone corvallis did a fantastic job, they are very knowledgeable about what they do. They helped me and my get parts for the car. A car that is hard to find parts for, they are amazing and kind and I would never go anywhere else. They are the best!

Absolutely great. Went in what I thought was just tires replaced but my real problem was my alignment causing my tire to wear to be so bad. Thank you guys you were awsome!!!!!!

I have been going to this local store since I got the car in 2012, They do great service and are polite and friendly. I like that I can sit and read or do a couple crosswords while waiting and there is always TV. have recommended Firestone as a place to take a car to and a couple friends said they would check it out, but I never think to ask them if they tried it.

I cannot say enough in praise of the team that took care of me on this Sunday (Father’s Day). I came in late in the day with major repairs needed. I am grateful to be driving on home to Seattle and not missing a day of work instead of sleeping in my vehicle in limbo ?

I was visiting from Omaha and on the morning of June 1, we got up at 4am to start the trip back home only to find out I had a flat tire.The Firestone store opened at 7am and the other stores opened at 8am.I drove to the store and told Ken about our challenge. Ken worked us into the busy schedule and got us on our way in about an hour.He even had all of the fluids checked and topped off since we were embarking on such a long trip home. We made it home with no issues.Ken was very professional, empathetic to our issues, was courteously keeping us updated on progress, and a master of the work flow coming into the store. Sincere appreciation and gratitude to Ken and the Firestone team in Corvallis, OR!!
