I moved over from Rite Aid on 9th a couple of months ago (also got prescriptions from Costco for a while) and I've had nothing but a positive experience so far (particularly in comparison to RiteAid where there would often be really long wait times, no communication about prescriptions being filled, etc).

These guys are doing the best that they can. I switched pharmacies from Rice's next door, who weren't able to get my medication at all. I take a medication that is often unavailable at most pharmacies. In the past, I often had to contact multiple pharmacies every time I order it. Somehow Fred Meyer seems to always have my medication even if it comes in a a day or two late. They're automated system is frustrating and I have used it to order refills and it never went through so I have to go in and ask them to refill the order.

Making an appointment online for a Covid vaccine didn't work. But Trevor the pharmacy tech was awesome and super helpful over the phone!

Asked to have my prescriptions transferred from Albany to here. They only switched 2 of my 8 prescriptions and took them all off auto refill. One has been “in process” since August 1. The people are nice and helpful, the app and computer system are worthless.

Quick service when you get to the counter. Wait time might be long on occasions, but there have been staffing problems for pharmacies due to the long training time, so feel they operate very well with the staff they have

This is our first time getting prescription medication in the United States. The pharmacist at this pharmacy is terrible. Every time we go, we encounter a heavyset male pharmacist, and we feel discriminated against. My son has been there twice, and each time they told him to come back the next day and held onto our prescription. When he returned the next day, they told him to wait another 40 minutes. We should have gone to a different pharmacy. We will not be coming back to this pharmacy again.

My kid was sick and the staff here was able to provide a prescription for antibiotics within a couple hours of receiving the request from the doctor, on a Saturday morning. Thank you!

This pharmacy has been a pleasant surprise. Pharmacists Justin and Eva have gone above and beyond more than once for my family. They have treated us with kindness and respect. Really hope they stay for a long time.

I temporarily filled meds here because my normal pharmacy was out of stock. My cat is on an anticonvulsant for seizures so its not a med that can be missed without risk of her dying. I called this morning to ask if they could send a request for updated instructions and the person refused. He said doctors office’s don’t want the pharmacy calling to follow up on things i asked for already… first off thats not true, I work at a doctors office so nice try. I was trying to do my part to take care of this before a major holiday. I will not be going to the Corvallis pharmacy ever again. I hope the person i spoke to is met with the same compassion they give so freely.

Terrible they said my script would be ready at 5 I had to wait til 7 after walking there in rainThe pharmacist was rude. Then have to wait til 7 the next time just to be told come back at 7 the next day. I'm transferring back to Safeway it only takes 30 min . And they are nice to customers.
