My kid was sick and the staff here was able to provide a prescription for antibiotics within a couple hours of receiving the request from the doctor, on a Saturday morning. Thank you!

This pharmacy has been a pleasant surprise. Pharmacists Justin and Eva have gone above and beyond more than once for my family. They have treated us with kindness and respect. Really hope they stay for a long time.

I called the pharmacy to get some help in rectifying a problem with my bill. Tim was extremely polite and helpful in solving the issue. He is a great asset to the FM pharmacy staff!

I temporarily filled meds here because my normal pharmacy was out of stock. My cat is on an anticonvulsant for seizures so its not a med that can be missed without risk of her dying. I called this morning to ask if they could send a request for updated instructions and the person refused. He said doctors office’s don’t want the pharmacy calling to follow up on things i asked for already… first off thats not true, I work at a doctors office so nice try. I was trying to do my part to take care of this before a major holiday. I will not be going to the Corvallis pharmacy ever again. I hope the person i spoke to is met with the same compassion they give so freely.

Terrible they said my script would be ready at 5 I had to wait til 7 after walking there in rainThe pharmacist was rude. Then have to wait til 7 the next time just to be told come back at 7 the next day. I'm transferring back to Safeway it only takes 30 min . And they are nice to customers.

Typically I have not had issues with this pharmacy. It does take a while to get a prescription. Standing in line for 30 min usually. I had never called them until today, and I was super disappointed with the service. I called about 5 times and each time it would ring, I could hear them pick up the phone because there was background noise, and then they would hang up. Finally after calling relentlessly, they picked up and sounded very agitated. They should have a better hold line or something because hanging up is so inappropriate.

Eva is seriously the worst... Always has trouble filling prescriptions, which will lead to seizures if not taken. When confronted about the multiple days in which I was told it would be in & wasn't actually in, she aggressively & sarcastically barked "sorry for the inconvenience". Constantly cuts you off on the phone when you're trying to explain your situation & then gets condescending & utterly rude. Puts you on hold without saying anything. I confronted her & she said she would switch all prescriptions over to another pharmacy without consent. She needs to be fired. She's a liability for that pharmacy. If you're going to be in a position to where you help people, you should want to help people. There are plenty of other kind individuals who would be better at her job.

Never have felt the urge to write a review in my life but I was on the phone with one of the pharmacists today and I was a little confused because I have never filled a prescription before. He had zero patience and started being extremely hostile and disrespectful. Would never recommend anyone go here when he’s working.

I needed to pick up a prescription urgently. I found out that the pharmacy closes at 6pm ten minutes before 6pm. I rushed over and tried to call the pharmacy on the way (nobody would answer the phone). I ran inside when I got there only to find that the gate around the pharmacy already closed with the techs just hanging around. It was only 5:58pm so I I asked if I could just get my prescription and the techs rudely said no because they were already closed. Very rude and inconsiderate given they decided to close early.

This review is specifically for an employee at your store named Nik. I was in your store back in June visiting from California with my elderly mother for my son's graduation. We bought some groceries and as I went to put them in the car I noticed I was missing my keys to my rental car. I frantically looked in the store for an hour with no luck. Nik obviously saw I was distressed so helped me look for my keys. I swear we turned that store upside down. She miraculously found them - they were kicked under a display near the checkout stand. I was so grateful to her for her help - she's a gem!

I was told that the medication I take for my type 2 diabetes was on back order. Then I was informed that i would have to wait 3 weeks. I called the manufacturer who stated that they do not have this item on back order. I should call the pharmacy and see what the issue is with their internal distribution. There were numerous instances in the past where communication with the staff at the pharmacy made me feel like I was the problem and became very rude. This time i made the decision to switch Pharmacies. Rite Aid had my prescription filled with a smile and polite communication within 2 working days. There are problems with Fred Meyer Pharmacies on many levels from management, courteousness, staffing and distribution. You have other choices to fill your prescriptions in town.
