This Redmond Home Depot is absolutely fabulous. I have been a frequent customer of Home Depot for many years. They never cease to amaze me by what friendly, helpful staff they have at this establishment in particular. You can always find whatever you need they're great affordable prices I highly recommend it.

In store = +5 starsHD online = -5 starsOrdered kitchen cabinets and delivery dumped on my driveway and ran with no calls or signatures. Packaging almost non existent and what was provided was shredded. All my contractors were onsite and ready to work, but had to be sent away on my nickel. Customer support refused to provide any assistance, nor provide a refund until they are picked up. Carrier (to allegedly pick up) never called and I'm out over a grand while the trash sits in a pile out in front. Neighbors hassling me about eyesores. Went into Home Depot store and customer service guy just laughed. Said it happens all the time, but that they were a separate entity and couldn't help.Can you spell L-O-W-E-S? Buyer beware and all that follows!

Service has improved here, communication between staff is better so that any random person who approached me was able to quickly contact the most knowledgeable person for that department. Almost immediately the right person was there. Today (2-11-23 in the afternoon and again early evening) woman helped in the fastener department. The exact item I wanted was not in stock so she helped me find a good substitute.

told that my part was in inventory and available for me to pickup within 2 hours. i replied great i'll go ahead and pay for it.1.5 hour drive and $1000.00 paid for something that when i got to the corvallis oregon store they did not have it so it was special ordered for me and will be in store in 8 days!!!! would not let me cancel it. i best not be charged for a restocking fee or i will take them to court.the man lied to me plain and simple. they did not have it.we are done with them

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT allow these folks to recommend "ordering" or "placing an order for" ANY goods. Nothing is in stock: You Cannot Get It if it is not in stock; it NEVER comes. You may get an email informing you that your order has been cancelled a month or more after placing the order. But at this point, THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY and they may not be willing to give it BACK. They keep calling now, months later, asking for my personal information over the phone. They won't simply refund the card NOR will they mail a refund check. The store manager is...unable to give a refund without me being physically in this store, so I suppose we will spend the $30 in gas to go visit with him for my refund on some caulk. Very bad experience here, nothing like it.

I came to exchange a quart of paint. Started painting. When I got to the bottom is the quart you could see yellow. It was not completely mixed. I Bought it Friday, today is Monday. The woman in the paint area said that it was mostly gone. I explained I started painting and didn't get to the yellowish part until I got to the bottom of the quart, and I tried to mix it in as best I could but the color came out more yellow. She said she could make another one for me, but, I would have to pay so I showed her a picture and she said ok. I bought two other gallons of paint at the same time. Too bad there isn't a Lowe's closer. In the end they didn't exchange it. They offered to reduce the cost. Terrible service. I let them keep it.

I bought 2 x 6 of different lengths to replace the top of my deck. First: 2 x 6 x 16 ' were in the top rack. Plus, the rejects were in the front. Good pieces were stacked in the back. We asked and staff removed the front rejects so we could pick some good ones. However, we were still dealing with the top rack. Six plus feet high I had to climb up and pull pieces down. I'm 75. Don't put the heaviest things up top! Think! Second: the quality of the lumber was awful. Dimensions in both height and width varied. End to end. Not a flat fit. Side by side. Not a flat finish. I returned some once and could have done it gain. Rather than make another trip, I ended up having to shave joints so 2 x 6 would match end to end and side by side. Mostly. The mill who made these should be ashamed and the person who purchased them for Home Depot needs to learn his/her job and pay attention to what is acceptable. The low quality of wood added hours to the job - in the hot sun. And today I got a 10% off coupon. Missed by 4 days. Other types of lumber may be good quality but the 2 x 6's purchased were low quality demanding more work.

I went to the door department in Corvallis. I asked the guy there where the door hardware was! He didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t even look at me when he snapped isles 32, 2/3 of the way down. As I turned to walk away a man walked up asking a question. The employee then said “ oh let me show you”!!! Maybe he’s having a bad day. Maybe he had a fight with his wife. BUT this old thinning gray headed man with his 2” pony tail, has a problem, apparently with women!!! I take it as discrimination! I wouldn’t post this except this very same old man has done this to me twice in about 6 months! The first time I was asking for a strip to seal my door at the top. “Home Depot Employee discriminates against women!”

Purchased a washer from Home Dept October 3, 2021 with a mid-October delivery date. Washer arrived damaged and was refused. 2nd washer was delivered 6 weeks later and was also damaged. The driver cancelled the order instead of marking it refused so the whole order had to be redone and was scheduled for a December 2021 delivery. Then Home Depot rescheduled the delivery to late January 2022. Home Depot offered monetary compensation for the inconvenience. Then they pushed the delivery to February 2022. Because we couldn't wait any longer we wanted to cancel the order and they voided the compensation. For their gross and avoidable incompetency and horrific customer service from the appliance dept and the store manager we would never purchase from Home Depot again. Really Home Depot? $100 would have been a decent gesture for our aggravation but that was too much for you?

JD assistant manager terrible service inbox me for the video of customer service audit where he tells me to go get my drug money somewhere else and refuses to return the items I purchased the day before. this man needs to find a job that doesn't involve him dealing with the public. I give 3 thumbs down to you JD. you are a disgusting person and I hope you enjoy the hold music for the unemployment office.

Ordered flooring and installation only to receive many, many phone calls, texts, messages, etc., from both Home Depot and their installers Romanoff flooring. They did not coordinate supplies or installer in a professional or timely manner. Workers did not arrive to install floor until 11 a.m., they were not wearing masks as they arrived at our front door and were incredibly rude and lazy. DO NOT USE Home Depot, we are sorry we did.

I just want to give a huge shout out/ kudos to Alexis. She secured two kids diy kits for me after initially thinking they were out. She was empathetic and so polite. The other male associate seemed to pass the buck to her in a weird almost, rude (I don't think he realized he came off like that) way and she totally made up for him. She was great. She's clearly a leader and I hope she gets promoted even further. She's very good at her job.

Our go to store for hardware supplies. Seems well staffed and all the staff are helpful and attentive! Big thank you to Aria at the paint department, she noticed we were buying a clear paint and check out and went back to get some white paint we wanted! Saved us the headache of coming back in later.
