Wow this is one of the biggest and most well organized Goodwill centers I’ve been to.

Large selection, but kind of expensive.

A bit overpriced compared to goodwills in other places I've visited. But there's always bargains to be found

It is impossible to look through racks of clothes here. They keep packing on more and more clothes. I have seen items that haven't sold for months sitting on the racks. They blindly price brand name clothes extremely high without checking if there is any damage. So many clothes with ripped hems, holes and stains. At least price the Walmart, Target, H&M items lower. $8 for a Faded Glory top is wild. I really don't want to hear about the jobs Goodwill is creating when the CEO is making millions. Price items lower and they will sell faster. So many items belong in the trash but they put it on the shelves with high prices.
The workers look so tired, overworked and exhausted.

I bought a dvd player that turned out to be broken.
I returned it to the store for credit.
I returned to the store a third time to get a dvd player.
The ink of my receipt had been washed out in my laundry. But there was just enough trace of a barcode to see that it was a receipt.
Manager said he couldn't help me.
I've been a patron of goodwill for decades. And I think I'll be taking my money elsewhere going forwards. Buying a broken $15 DVD player is just enough to sting in this economy.

The merchandise is actually overpriced, the music honestly makes me leave earlier than I would otherwise, and while it's not dingy, it's certainly closer to that than clean and inviting. But it's not HORRIBLE, so 2 stars not 1.

I donate regularly to this location but will not be any longer. Today, I had two boxes of decent kitchen ware such as pots, pans etc that my tenants left behind. I had gathered the items the night before and set them aside in the carport overnight. When I went to drop off I was greeted by a rude man who complained the bottom of the boxes were wet which I hadn't noticed. He began taking the items out of the first box then said he didn't want any more of the items because they could cause mold and then he basically threw the box at me and said I'd have to take the box with me. It was mildly damp from being on concrete which again, I had not noticed. The items inside were not wet. From now on I'll be donating elsewhere.

Great place for donations and for finding clothes or knick knacks. I always get my jars here, 50¢ for a nice jar is such a steal!

There was a windows 8 computer that I found off the shelve to buy, but I was told at check out that they don’t sell computers and it was taken away. Don’t go here.

Convenient place to donate unwanted/unused items.(Easy drive up/drop off doors in front of store.Friendly staff, clean store, and good second hand merchandise for resale.Prices are reasonable.Decent parking including for handicapped customers.Entry/exit doors are automated to assist those with limited mobility, etc.

After being in other goodwills, this one is really run quite well and has undergone improvements over the last several years.Clean, well staffed, organized, and there’s always someone around to help at the dressing rooms that are open from 12-6pm.The music choice, goodwill radio, is a weird mix of everything from juice wrld to we are the champions. Keeps it interesting when spending long periods of time looking for gems.My complaint is that they have so many large sizes and barely any small. I know they don’t control that, but they should prioritize putting out more small sizes.

Corvallis, Oregon locationI have been a patron here for 25 years. After experiencing other locations, I am really not sure a 2-star is worthy, but it's a local location that is easy to get to, so I am being generous. The staff have zero pride in the way their store runs and the shelves are a Jenga game with employees shoving items wherever space allows, rather than organizing for efficient item turnover. Perhaps this store would benefit with the bin system like other locations. A friendly crew would be nice too.

I only have had good experiences with the employees at this store and have usually found what I was looking for with amazingly good deals. Also thank to everyone who donates good quality shoes and clothing for us to choose from. What's funny to me is that the shoes are sorted by color instead of size.

We love love love our local Goodwill! I do drop offs frequently and the staff is always so kind! They have great stuff to pick from inside, as well! I got some great Montessori style pieces for my children here and it was incredibly affordable!
