“Hands down the best gym in town! Derek and the entire coaching staff are so knowledgeable and kind, and the workouts are fun, engaging, and challenging! The coaches meet you where you're at and work with you to improve no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, too! Going to CrossFit Train is the best part of my day, every day. Plus, there is always ample parking, and it's in a great location!”

Im training for a deadlift competition that Downings is hosting.
I needed to be able to use the Kabuki DL bar.
I drive there from Eugene
and at day pass was very reasonable.
The guys I met in the powerlifting area were very kind a friendly.
Knowledgeable and offered a great vibe.
I loved the old school vibe in certain areas.
Big boys with kind hearts.
Dave was very helpful.
If I lived in Corvallis this would definitely be my go to gym.”

“This is a great facility; it's clean, very spacious, there's a good amount of equipment for lifting and cardio. The staff are kind and helpful. Love that it's affordable and open 24 hrs. I've been at most of the gyms in town and this is by far my favorite.”

“Very nice gym. I had an exceptional worker, gray hair, tall dude who looks like he knows what hes doing typa guy. He politely greeted me when coming in and later caught up to me and enforced the no shoes policy by letting me know PF's liability insurance does not accept coverage on accidents pertaining individuals without proper footwear. I have been told the same in other gyms like dixon. But confronted much differently, instead being told to leave immediately and without much reason besides you are not allowed. I obliged of course, on previous occasions, but I felt stupid. admittedly I was hoping to just slip by in this gym but interacting with this associate has ended that line of thinking and any future violation of that rule on my end because I now know why I should wear the right shoes and who i am also putting at risk when i do such careless acts. Thumbs up on that worker 👍🏽 exemplary and effective customer service”

“We have been working with Drew and The SHOP for a few years now, as our club collaborates with him to introduce our members to different forms of exercise. This is easily one of the favorites of our members, and while the exercise is fun and challenging, the environment plays a big part in making the experience so great. Drew and his team are personable, highly knowledgeable, and constructive with their advice and pointers about technique and goals. The SHOP isn't exclusive to those with lots of workout experience, but welcomes anyone who wants to challenge themselves, and will encourage you every step of the way.”
