The employees seem stressed, which is reflected in their communication with customers. Very unkind and dismissive. I would not recommend this office to small businesses needing guidance.

randomly I just went to this to try to find out how to spell Deborah’s name because I wanted to let her know thank you for everything she’s done for me for the last three years and then this year she helped my mom out but she and she has always been helpful so I don’t know what the last comment was about anyway anyways I’ve been gone here for maybe the last four or five years and I just introduced her to help my mom even with my mom as an ant as the second language it wasn’t hard for at all to get her stuff done thank you Deborah for everything you’ve done

Worsest h&r block ever Deborah is so disrespectful is not very nice. talk to you like you are stupid and when you ask her a question she doesn't have the correct answer for you I would recommend not coming to this h&r block and going to a different h&r block where you were treated way better she has been like this for many years that I've been coming here and it's absolutely ridiculous the way she treats her people I pay them to do my taxes you would think that they would get it right..

Colleen Candeel here at H&R Block did my father's final taxes, and the taxes for his irrevocable trust (what his living trust became when he passed away). She was professional, helpful, and efficient. She did an exceptional job, and at a price less than half what I was quoted elsewhere. Thank you, Colleen!

Have been having our taxes done at H&R block for 3 years. Our tax preparer Shari is exceptional and knows her business...Very professional.Would not consider going elsewhere for this service.

H&R Block has filed my personal taxes for years. My current advisor, Colleen Candee, is at the office at Kings Blv. In Corvallis.She is always up to date on tax rules , and explains things to me with clarity and patience. I feel free to ask questions.Colleen is easily available by phone, online or at the office. If anything comes up during the year, I contact her.I am appreciative of the service I receive and would not hesitate to recommend them. Beverly Deen

Taxes with professional simple and fast in the office but impossible and did not work online, so I had to pay $270. But it had to be done right.

This place is terrible. I went in to get help filing an amended return, which I couldn't do online with their software due to an error I made reporting my health insurance. Had I been able to file this return properly, I would not have had to pay the IRS 1600$. Because of the poor guidance/knowledge of the employee, lack of good faith, and overall rude nature of the employee I worked with earlier this year, the IRS took that money from me. So, in short, these people are far from experts. When I used other software and corrected the error, I would have wound up with a return of that amount.
