Do not do ANYTHING with these people!!! Trying for 2 months to cancel the service for my 98 year old deceased Father. They just keep charging his account and make impossible to get ahold of them. I'm sure they will credit the funds back, yeah sure!!

If you need internet on and off and don't need it. This company is for you. If you have a problem but don't mind waiting 2 weeks or more to get help they got you covered. If you want something that works than for no reason stops centurylink is for you.
