This store before they had so much unique items and there was so much cool stuff that I didn’t know what to pick but there’s was this young girl who’s been working there for some time she had long blonde hair really wish I would have got her name but she was so helpful so kind and I just wanna give her a shout out she really helped me pick out some things that I might have wanted to get for my boyfriend and myself I will be coming back again The store is so amazing and the employees are so helpful 10/10 best experience going in there :)”

“5 days ago one of my earrings I got from them 8 ish months ago fell out. I went in and it turned out it broke! When I went in, they sent it in for repair and allowed me to get another piece to put in as a replacement. While I was there, I got an absolutely BEAUTIFUL new piercing with absolutely beautiful jewelry. 5 days later, and I looked in the mirror and it was gone. Now I have long hair so it gets caught on my piercings easily, especially new ones since you need the longer post, so I chalked it up to me not paying attention to my earring while fixing my hair. I went in to buy a temporary replacement piece for the healing process and get it put in while looking for the original. While I was there, I was speaking with Logan and another girl from one of the other stores (wish I caught her name) and they were so understanding and even helping me think of places it could be. When Mason (the piercer) was so kind, funny, and made me feel very comfortable during the install of the new jewelry when he discovered the post broke! I had a good laugh because what are the chances! It happens, so I wasn’t mad. When the install was complete, we got an order for a replacement going and they told me that they would call me when it was ready and I didn’t owe anything. I have been going to High Priestess and their sister stores in Arizona for years. Every single one that I have been to has been fantastic but this location specifically has just gone above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for them! Logan was amazing with helping get the repair and replacement sorted. Megan, who did the piercing and replacement the first time I was in did fantastic and told me exactly what to expect from her. Finally Mason was amazing today, I was so comfortable and he was just so kind and talked through the entire thing. I will honestly never go anywhere for a piercing but High Priestess!!”
“Not long ago I took an old famliy heirloom mechanical watch to Olufson's for repair, removal of a poor substitute for a cut stone that had been lost from the design of cut stones that decorates the watch. Everyone I spoke with, from gemologist to sales staff, was pleasant, helpful, and had excellent suggestions for what could be done to replace the lost cut stone, and how to resolve a separate issue. I was given an estimate, the work was done promptly &, to my eye, very well & expertly done. My final bill was the same as the estimate. I was impressed with the variety of jewelry available at Olufson's. Should I have jewelry that needs repair or work, I'll take it to Olufson's.”

“I got my engagement ring re sized here from a size 9 to a size 7.45. I loved how many in between sizes they have and how you can try in the ring sizer to see what’s the best fit. My ring has a very thin band and they did such a great job. Friendly service and quicker turn around than expected. Will be returning to resize my wedding band!”

“I went to go get my watch battery replaced around midday and when I approached the man and woman working there they greeted me kindly and were very helpful. The man let me know the price of the battery replacement (~$15) and warned that due to the structure of my watch replacing it could end up with a minor scratch. Thankfully, the replacement went without any problems and he even set the time and date for me! It’s been a couple of weeks and it works perfectly”
“One of the coolest and most unique stores in Corvallis. I've been shopping there for decades and I've never been treated poorly by the staff. I imagine, due to the small, expensive items they sell they have to be weary of shoplifters. Them asking for you to put your bag behind the counter isn't a big deal.”
“Great Fred Meyer! They always have lots of variety and stay stocked well. It's also very clean and the staff are friendly. The produce is always high quality as well. I also like all the products upstairs by the Starbucks. Upstairs is a nice place to hangout.”
