Outstanding! We could not be more pleased! Our freezer conked out and we needed to replace it straightaway before all the food got ruined. Kelly’s got us all set up with a phone call, a texted invoice, then we drove to Salem to pick it up. They were very friendly and helpful and loaded it into our trailer for us. We are very grateful that they were so helpful and accessible during this rather panic situation.

If you want great service, go to Kelly’s! I won’t buy appliances anywhere else. Buying major appliances can be stressful: from selecting one out of a thousand choices…to figuring out if it will fit in your home…to worrying about scheduling delivery…the Kelly’s staff really cares, like people do when they like their jobs. It’s like service used to be back before the big box stores ruined everything. Keep your money in the community at the same time you get top-of-the-line products at competitive prices. I also appreciate their communication. There was a delay with my dishwasher order, but the Kelly’s staff kept in touch so I knew everything was OK. Installation was fast and professional. Great job everyone, I will be back!

Kelly Appliance in Corvallis is fantastic! The staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Their service was quick with an excellent turnaround time, and the pricing was very fair. They also have a great selection of products, which made finding exactly what I needed simple. I highly recommend Kelly Appliance to anyone looking for great service and quality appliances!

During a search for a replacement microwave, Kelly’s in Corvallis helped research a replacement. Details were provided along with installation details. Product was delivered as scheduled. Replacement was a snap. Measurements were such that previous trim and mounting fit the new model. Peter Wilkinson was a really great rep. to work with.
We have been Kelly’s customer for 9+ years. Still a great Company to work with!!

We are so fortunate to have a Kelly's Appliances in Corvallis. What used to take a trip to Portland for Subzero, Wolf, etc. can now be accomplished with a 5-minute trip to our local store. There is another locally-owned appliance shop that I like to support but I needed a new washer & dryer PRONTO! It would have taken a few weeks for them to get my items in stock. Kelly's was able to contact their other locations, have the appliances transferred to Corvallis, and they were installed within 5 days.
And you will be fortunate if Jaime and Anthony are the installers. They were so careful about working in a tight space, patiently gave me time to clean the area where the old appliances had sat for 24 years, and left a clean area when they left. They are great ambassadors for Kelly's.
